Great Place

We enjoyed our time here, although it was short. The location was ideal; close to many attractions and great restaurants. It made exploring the city incredibly easy.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.The host was helpful and responsive when needed, which we appreciated. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

Perfect Holiday

My wife and I absolutely loved the accommodation and the city of Venice. The apartment was clean, tidy and very well equipped and checking in was very easy. The views from the rooftop were amazing as well. We had a wonderful time!

Nice, quiet, somewhat far

This location was very nice and quiet. A few things to consider before making your decision. The steps are very steep to climb and you are on the too floor which made it difficult with luggage. Also, you have to take out the trash between 6:30-8:30’a.m. The walk to locations was a good 20 minutes. There were some local places closer to eat but just keep in mind you will walk a little ways to the touristy locations. Overall it was nice just things to keep in mind when makingbyour decision.

Family trip to Italy

The location of this apartment is tucked in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowded areas of Venice. It was a short walk to food and shops. The listing says there would be soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. We were not provided with any of these items. We arrived very late into the night due to travel problems and were hoping for these items when we arrived. However, when communicating with the agency who organized our arrival, they were very helpful and accommodating.

Perfect location

Nice flat, perfectly located between arsenale and Giardini. We loved the roof terrace. Only snag: the dishwasher didn’t work and the rubbish procedure was completely different than described, and explained by Nadia. Should be updated. Even the rubbishgroups were wrong. Anyway, we had a great stay.

First stay in Venice

Nice, quiet location. Ideal for visiting the Biennale and Arsenale. The apartment was clean and well equipped a supermarket is just around the corner.

Excellent emplacement et confortable

Très bel apartement dans un quartier tranquille de Venise. Ne vous laissez pas décourager par l'entrée tristounette de l'immeuble; l'apartement est propre et bien équipé. Belle vue des toits vénitiens à partir de la petite terrasse.

Tolle Wohnung in wunderschönem Stadtviertel

Wir sind als 3 Freunde verreist und wählten dieses Objekt, weil es 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder hat. 2 Schlafzimmer sind super, das dritte Schlafzimmer mit Stockbett ist sehr beengt, als Erwachsener bekommt man Platzangst. Das Fenster kann auf Grund der Enge nicht geöffnet werden, Klimaanlage kühlt dort nicht ... Dachterrasse ist einmalig mit Blick über Venedig. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön ausgebaut, sehr hochwertig. Das Stadtviertel ist sehr schön, ruhig, fernab des Touristenstroms und dennoch ist man in 30 Min am Markus Platz zur Fuß, Parks und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, der Supermarkt in der Via Garibaldi ist in 6 Minuten zu erreichen. Anreise sehr bequem per Boot vom P.le Roma nach Giardini Biennale. Die Betreuung durch Venice Apartments war sehr freundlich und die Damen waren sehr flexibel, als wir unsere Ankunftszeit verschieben mussten bzgl. Schlüsselübergabe. Einzig befremdlich war die Hausregel den Müll selbst zu entsorgen, d.h. zum Müllboot zu bringen, das in der Nähe von 6 Uhr bis 8:30 früh anlegt. Uns eindeutig zu früh und bei 2 Nächten die Zeit auch zu wertvoll sie mit Müllentsorgung zu verbringen. Die Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder mieten. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

The very best

We can not thank the people owning the flat and the ones organizing everything enough. It is a beautiful place and we happened to be here in corona crisis. Everyone is more then helpful and supportive. We are so happy that everything we experienced here is just great solidarity and people caring for one another. The flat is a perfect place, even for staying a longer amount of time. :) The beautiful rooftop gives you the best view over the roofs of Venice and every necessity is just a few minutes away. A supermarket for everything needed is just in front of the door. Thanks to Mick, to Annalisa and the most supportive owners!
