Unit has been totally redone including painting, new furniture, new decor, new carpet, new lighting, bathrooms updated. Finished in Fall of 2025.

Hair dryers are not guaranteed if they are not mounted to the walls, but we would have been happy to bring one over from our storage if you called! We hope to see you again soon. Selena

There is no additional fee for a sleep sofa set, the current housekeeping company provides them for every guest and there are additional pillows in the master bedroom closet - we will double check this and make sure they are stocked. We ask all guests to call us immediately upon arrival if there are any housekeeping items you are not satisfied with. Due to us having a hurricane season, we highly recommend guests accept travel insurance, however, they will only cover you if there is a mandatory evacuation - there was no mandatory evacuation for Debby. We did not experience enough flooding to flood any vehicles of the guests that stayed through the storm, we're sorry you did not feel comfortable staying through it. Based off of our policies, we made an exception and credited back some of your monies to the card on file. We apologize for you feeling you had a bad experience, but we do hope to see you back in the future. Selena

Thank you for your comments Dr. Weitzman, we're happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We would like to clarify that the work being done on Building 2 was not due to the Hurricane but rather it is scheduled work being done on the ocean front balconies in that particular building and will be completed by April 1, 2017. Shorewood is certainly a lovely oceanfront villa complex and is a convenient walk to all of the shops and restaurants located at Coligny Plaza.
