Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your stay. We understand how unpleasant dampness and mold can be, especially when traveling with small children. We regret that the response from the landlord did not meet your expectations, and we will address this issue moving forward. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we will work to ensure that future guests do not experience similar problems.Best regards,Lake Como Holiday Team

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback regarding your stay. We are truly sorry for the number of maintenance and equipment issues you encountered. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. Please rest assured that we have already shared your comments with our local property management team so that all the mentioned points — such as the kitchen cabinet doors, leaking pipe, entrance gate, and lighting issues — can be properly repaired or replaced as needed. We understand that several of these problems were temporarily addressed during your stay, but we will ensure they are permanently resolved. We also apologize for the condition of the garbage storage and for the missing and damaged household items you reported. Our cleaning and maintenance standards are normally much higher, and we regret that this was not reflected during your visit. We are glad that some assistance was provided by our service team on site, although we recognize that certain matters remained unresolved. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Your feedback is very valuable to us and will help us improve the quality of both the property and our services. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time in the area despite these inconveniences. Best regards, Lake Como Holiday Team
