Black Mold Infested.
Check-in is a complete failure. You receive instructions on where to go and it's a bar, where you have to give someone working behind the bar a code to obtain the key, then walk back 10 minutes to the apartment, where you're greeted with human urine. Once we put our bags in for holding, we go about our day and 20 minutes later, we receive a message saying that our apartment is ready. We get back to our apartment and want to take a shower, but the shower door is broken, so we have to call maintenance, which shows up two hours later. The toilet wouldn't flush and there were two prominent areas in the apartment with black mold, as well as in the shower ledge. If I could give this place a -10 rating, I would. It's advisable to stay far away from this subpar accommodation.
