Nice one bedroom apartment for rent in Florence. This house is called Pinocchio because a few steps from here is the birthplace of Carlo Collodi, the writer of the Adventures of Pinocchio. The house is located on the first floor of a typical building located in the heart of the historic center within walking distance of all the main monuments of the city. Perfect for a family on vacation, this cozy apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In great walking distance to the train and to all of Florence. The host was very communicative and helpful with the check in process. The bed was clean and the sheets were clean, having AC was a nice perk.

Great place to stay

Place was clean. Close to many of the attractions. They were very accommodating for early check-in. Enjoyed staying at Pinocchio house.

Stay at Pinocchio

Overall our stay was a positive experience. The only problem we had, we were told we could drop off our bags and collect the keys to the property at 11am. I sent a message to confirm. The night before, and also1 before arrival. We never recieved a response. When we arrived I contacted the host who told me check in is at 2pm. I was then given the number to contact someone else for check in. This was very frustrating and resulted in us scrambling to find someplace to store our luggage. Once we were checked in we didn't have any other problem. One thing I will mention is the bed is not that comfortable. Over all great location snd a value at the price.
