If you have low to no expectations, this place is for you. We booked because we needed enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group — and while the house is big, that’s really the only positive. The home is poorly maintained. So much of it feels like it’s either falling apart or stuck mid-construction. They provide a long list of rules for guests, yet don’t seem to hold themselves to any standards of cleanliness or upkeep. We arrived to a space that was dirty and generally not well cared for.Amenities were a major disappointment. The pool table is so damaged they shouldn’t advertise having one. The “media room” doesn’t exist — just a few broken old couches in front of a TV. The hot tub is extremely dated and chlorine-stained. The outdoor furniture looks like it was picked up from the side of the road. And then the final night — the power went out, and at 2am the house alarm started blaring. We called the emergency number six times with no response. After 20 minutes the alarm finally stopped, but we were freezing cold with no heat or power. We didn’t hear back until 8am, when they simply apologized and offered us a late checkout… while the power was still off.We really tried to make the best of it, but when advertised features are unusable, cleanliness is ignored, and support is nonexistent during an emergency, it’s extremely frustrating. This place could be great — but right now, it simply isn’t
