ヴィララデルフィネラは、アマルフィ海岸のプライアーノ郊外にある古い2階建ての家です。 プライアーノの中心から1 kmの岩の上に建てられました。 70段の階段を下りて入り口に到着します。 1階と1階の両方のテラスからは、壮大な海岸線と広い海の遮るもののない眺めがあります。 テーブル、椅子、サンベッドが備わっています。 そのうちの1つは、coveredで覆われたパーゴラによって部分的に陰になっています。 1階には、ソファ、アームチェア、衛星テレビ、ダブルベッドルーム、ツインベッドルーム、シャワーとブロードライヤー付きのバスルームを備えた広いリビングルームがあります。 別館の1階には2つのダブルベッドルームがあり、両方に専用バスルームがあり、1つはバスタブ付き、もう1つはシャワー付きです。 さらに、アームチェア、長いベンチ、10人用のダイニングテーブル、シャワー付きのバスルームを備えた2番目のリビングルームがあります。 洗濯機、ガス炊飯器、電子レンジ、電気オーブン、食器洗い機、アイロン設備を備えたキッチンは、美しいヴィラの家具を完成させます。

Family vacation

Staying in Praiano was perfect. Halfway between Amalfi and Positano which were both an easy bus ride away, but much more intimate, quiet and authentic. The home was roomy, convenient and comfortable even if a bit dated and worn. Location, views and peace and quiet were exceptional. Check in, check out and daily care provided by Mr. Luca was very high quality and personable. Very grateful to him for his genuine care and assistance.

Hospitable house in grandma 's style

First of all , Mr.Luca / very helpful and communicative.Also the agency /Mr.Giuseppe/ promptly responding to us before arrival. A functional, spacious house with a beautiful view. Older peaple : beware , many /65/ steps to the entrance of the house. But we managed..This is the charm of most homes in Amalfitana coast.

AMERICANS BEWARE - HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

I would strongly suggest avoiding this property if easy access, AC & safety are important to you. Understand this is a European lifestyle, but it was subpar in every aspect. We LEFT as soon as we could find other accommodation. 1) only 1 parking spot addl 40 euros per night for any other vehicle 2) Praiano area has absolutely no sidewalks and very narrow roads, walking ANYWHERE extremely dangerous 3) Because of a landslide, one of major roads was closed to get to the Villa from Nice. Took an additional hour and a half (2.5) total to get to the unit by car. out of our control -check in person told us that if we didn’t arrive by 8, it was an additional $50 & after 9 was even more 4) The host provides a “voucher” which arrived via email the day before we checked in & not able to receive as we were travelling. In the voucher, it was noted at the very bottom of the voucher that you paid for any electricity used - what???? 5) notice that over half of the pictures on listing are of the 2 outdoor tables - bedrooms very separated & some detached from main house 6) treacherous steps to get down to Villa with luggage, athletic men even strugglwith luggage 7) AC barely worked - very hot & everyone was sweating all night 8)host refused any compensation for unit being uninhabitable 9) cobwebs in many rooms & looked like the villa hasn’t been updated from Original decor - another reviewer mentioned GRANDMAS HOUSE! 10)beds rock hard Save your disappointment & stay anywhere else !!

Lynn was best worse guest i have never accommodated, arroganta and ,pretentious : She had completely ignored our recommendations and listing description. if she would have been more careful she would have realized the house is advertised with only car space that a rare plus in Amalfi coast and there is no mention of a second car space! Probably she have booked without any knowledge of the area and without reading anything of the house description. she blamed us for the road closed due a landslide. the voucher has been send 10 days prior to arrival bur probably ignored it till the arrival day. I told her to forget the late arrival fee because i would have provided for it while i explained her during sleeping hours that fees for electricity is symbolic ( the average is around 20 eur per week) only to raise awareness client to save energy for the enviroment and to avoid the risk ac on for the whole day when nobody is in the house. Regarding Ac we found it on heating mode so this is the only reason she claimed for it. i have spent hours to make her informed but uselessy, . The house is in a unique positions and it is a very charming house for person who have the refinement to understand it. That is all and i sincerely hope to never host such people

Experience traditional Praiano

Entering this house you begin to feel like a 'local' The house feels personal, lived in. it is furnished eclectically in a local and traditional way. It has not been renewed or modernized much. It is full of art and books which made me curious about the owners and their lives. The bedrooms all except the 4th one at the bottom of "annex" were pleasant, bright and simply furnished. The last bedroom was also nice, but smaller and dark as it had only one window. The kitchen is basic but well equipped for everyday cooking. Bathrooms are also basic but have what you need. The terraces were amazing ! We enjoyed morning coffee and aperitivo with wonderful views from both. All in all our family loved the house and recommend it for an authentic experience of Praiano. Luca the manager was also always helpful and easy to get in touch with !!
