The property didn’t disappoint! It was cleans and couldn’t ask for a better location right on the beach. We definitely will be back!

Wonderful family vacation

Had a small issue or two but Cape and Coast properties responded to me immediately every time I contacted them. They were super responsive and handled everything quickly. It was a great family vacation. This was our first time staying in that area (normally in Indian Pass). Only suggestion we would give is to replace/update the pots and pans in the kitchen. They were pretty worn.

The manager provided very prompt customer service. It is a nice home, not "luxurious" but nice. Furnishings need a bit of repair, they are showing some signs of wear.

Vacay 2022

The property was amazing. The only negative thing I could say was the pool area was not very clean. The pool was fine but the area around it had trash (pizza box and cups). The kitchen counter was not clean and the lights above the kitchen counter or island had about 2 inches of dust. Other than that it was fine. I don’t care about those things and there was no need to call anyone, but the next person might think it’s the end of the world.

Sugar Dunes March 2022

pool was a bit dirty and pool heater did not do the job. had been very cold though. grill needs to be replaced and a couple of kitchen drawers are tough to open. house is adjacent to neighborhood boardwalk and everyone wants to sit right at end of of it so it can be a bit congested right there. but all in all a pleasant stay.

Great Beach Front Home

Very nice well kept beachfront home. We stayed for 4 weeks mid October to mid November. We do a lot of cooking and would suggest replacing the pots and pans as well as knives. We did look into renting this home again for next year and the price has doubled. It is not worth double the cost therefore we have rented a more reasonable home for next year.

Ladies at the office were knowledgeable and very helpful. Once we arrived we had a couple of maintenance issues and the gentleman who came was so helpful and nice! Beautiful Week

A comfortable and beautiful beach house. The view from the decks is unbelievable. On our arrival we discovered damage to the refrigerator and about 1 and1/2 inches of sand in the outdoor shower. Otherwise it was perfect!

Paradise with so much more!

This place was a gem for our family. Being beach front, bringing our fur baby, and lodging in a beautifully appointed home made this one of my favorite vacation spots! So many beautiful memories.

We had two families and everyone was very comfortable with their accommodations. The kitchen was equipped well. All you need is your food. We ordered dinner from Skullys, and ordered steamed shrimp from the seafood place next to the Trading post and I would highly recommend both. The house did not have any beach equipment so be sure to bring your own or rent it from Vay K. We all are looking forward to renting Sugar Dunes soon.

Vacation nightmare

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house, but if I ever rent a house there again, it will not be through Cape and Coast. After evacuation, I emailed and was told we wouldn't get any money back. I called and was told they don't give refunds for mandatory evacuations but she would check with the owner. We didn't even get half of ours back and stayed two of the seven nights. My sister who booked through a different agency had no problem getting a refund for unused nights.
