This extremely popular Asian inspired Villa consists of one King sized loft bedroom, open plan bathroom and 12 jet spa bath. French doors lead to an upper private deck with stunning views, from Arthurs Seat to Cape Shanck, overlooking beautiful St Andrew's Beach golf course,
Downstairs features an open plan living area, including a fully self equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area. More french doors open onto a large outdoor entertaining deck with views.
The property is a short stroll to magnificent St Andrew's Surf Beach, (favorite with local surfers) with it's rugged coast line.
Lie in bed and listen to the quiet roar of the ocean.
This villa offers serenity, tranquility, privacy and seclusion in a peaceful tree-top natural environment, you'll definitely leave refreshed........ we always do.

A very quiet and comfortable place with a beautiful view, and for a break from a hectic life, it was perfect. The lack of wifi removed the urge to stay connected for a while. The proximity to the beach made the place particularly attractive. A place to come back to.

This is a very cosy little cottage with a fantastic view over the St Andrews Golf Course and in particular the upper deck off the bedroom to have your morning cuppa. Very quiet and a lovely staycation getaway. Only tip would be if arriving at night be careful with the driveway as it is a little steep down to cottage so take care. Cottage had everything you needed for a few days break.

Pirongia villa is a super cute ‘chalet style’ getaway for any couple. Great sized main deck and balcony off the bedroom on the 2nd story had magnificent views all the way back to Arthur’s Seat. Great proximity to St. Andrews Beach and a confident 15 minute stroll to nearby cafe selling good coffee and local produce. The host was very accommodating and left plenty of helpful notes about the property and nearby supplies.

Pirongia Villa was perfect for us. Great location, amazing views, comfortable bed, lovely deck, walk to the beach. Our host was easy to reach and helpful. St Andrews beach has always been one of our favourites, and this place was just right for a weekend getaway.

A sweet little cottage nestled in amongst what appears to be remnant native forest that attracts numerous bird species. A quiet location that is only a short walk to the beach. Sitting on either the bottom or upper deck with a coffee or cold drink is an extremely relaxing experience. If you want a few days of quiet down-time this place provides in abundance. BTW - we slept here like babies. One suggestion, perhaps move the bat box away from above the back door.
