Great location and host!

The house is in an amazing location. Close to shops and restaurants. It was the perfect place for us to stay with our 4 kids. Host was great and accommodating.

Very nice location

Our stay was very nice at this Villa! It's location to shops and restaurants is wonderful. The villa is nicely furnished and had a washer/dryer, which was very useful traveling with an infant. Conner was pleasant and nice work with. We would stay here again.

A great place to be able to walk to restaurants, coffee, shops! It is also amazing place to sit out on balcony to watch all the action in the street.

Good times

My family joined me over the last weekend. Very comfortable, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. We had a great time with proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Will be looking forward to coming back.

Really good experience

I’ve stayed in multiple condos in this area, even same building. This was by far the best overall experience. The separate elevator, entrance to the property, patio, balcony all make it very special

Great Stay

The property is great, and is in a great location. Santana row has lots of restaurants and shops located at the property. We stayed there with some colleagues from work. The only caution is that the 2nd bedroom bed is a bit small for 6' tall adult. It would be ideal for kids or someone smaller than 6'. Jurgen was great, and he communicated everything to us in a timely manner

Awesome.

Simply put it was an amazing weekend. The place was SO quality and a beyond fun and easy location right on Santana Row (little not so pricey version of Rodeo Drive). From the deck you could hear the live music (but when you didn't want noise you just closed the door), restaurants and shops were downstairs so you don't need to drive, and they even a movie theater. Apple and the Mountain View Winery were so close, as was the wonderful 6+ mile hike we went on at Lum Rock Park. The owner and property manager could not have been nicer and more helpful. If you are going to be in this neighborhood definitely book this special and spacious place.

Condo is awesome

The location is so great for walking to restaurants and shopping! The parking is safe and reliable. The bed rooms are spacious, and since each has its own en suite bathroom, this is a great alternative to hotel rooms for business travel. There are some things the property should attend to, however. The light is out at the third floor stairwell, and there are no windows, so it’s very dark trying to locate the lock sensor. Second, the lock sensor on the parking garage level wasn’t working, so we kept having to walk back up to street level then into the garage through the gate. Last, the inspection certificate in the elevator, which should be current and on display, shows an expiration date in 2009. That’s 10 years ago! And the bumpiness of that conveyance did not instill confidence in the riders. The condo owners are likely not responsible for these things, but they should be reported and remedied for the safety and security of guests and owners. All that said, I would 100% recommend this property!

Spacious and comfortable for families traveling with kids!

We spent 5 nights visiting family in San Jose and our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids, age 4,7, and 14) throughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. The condo was in great shape but one of the door handles to the balcony fell off when the property manger was checking us in while showing us how to access the balcony. This wasn’t fixed during our visit but it didn’t affect our stay. We rated the unit 4/5 stars for cleanliness because the bathrooms didn’t seem as clean as we hoped, and one of our kids had a minor panic attack about hair covering the master shower drain when he used it for the first time. We also discovered two trays of fried chicken on the oven when we started preheating the oven to cook. We assumed the cleaners were rushed to prep for our arrival. The condo itself is adequately equipped but having stayed in other vrbo rentals before it seemed to be missing a few kitchen basics that would make the experience feel more like a home away from home, especially traveling with kids. We got by with borrowing a few things from local family members but we would recommend adding a few items— including Kitchen towels, blender, roasting pan, baking dishes/cookie sheets, kid friendly dishes- coasters, reusable storage containers, placemats, and tablecloths. I’m assuming most people visiting probably eat out a lot but it’s easier for families with young kids to manage meals in home. We really loved having enough space to spread out and our 14 year old especially loved having a secluded space on the third floor. The surroundings were mostly quiet except when a neighbor two doors down decided to have a party on Thanksgiving evening with extremely loud electronic music playing well beyond quiet hours. This made it challenging for our kids to get to sleep but because it was our last night in the condo we didn’t worry too much about the noise. The condo was in a fantastic location within walking distance to shopping, great restaurants and a mall with easy access to Freeways. One of our afternoons was spent at the Winchester Mystery house which was a short walk away and so fun for everyone in our group. We‘ve already recommend this property to friends and family and like other visitors have mentioned, we would absolutely stay here again!

Run down rental. Mildew in showers. Main floor dirty, I worse shoes to keep my feet clean. No fitted sheets on bed and a fitted sheet was laid over the comforters. A lot of stairs to get to upstairs bedrooms. It was a decent place to stay.

Family Thanksgiving gathering

Wonderful, spacious, great light and well supplied - this home was fabulous for our family gathering to visit our San Jose relatives for Thanksgiving. Santana Row offers many restaurants and shops to round out the fun. The walkability eased the concerns for California driving and adds to that vacation feeling. A Gem!

Perfect house for family with teens

The home was spacious and had everything we needed for our family of four with two teens and their two friends to stay for a 49er game weekend. The boys were able to do their own thing around Santana Row shopping and dining. We were able to meet our local friends for brunch and catch up. I made breakfast and had everything I needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. It's a beautiful location, I could have stayed longer. The property management was excellent, very responsive and provided clear instructions, several keys, and very little to do upon check-out. We'd love to stay again much better than a hotel for this size group and many activities within walking distance.

Perfect Staycation

Our family stayed for three nights while we were having work done in our home in San Jose. It was really fun to be in Santana Row and walk to the mall and dinner. Super comfy beds! Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful townhouse and location. The house was clean, luxurious, well-equipped and artfully decorated. So much to do right out the door and tons of fun to watch the goings on from the balconies. Thank you so much to the owners and we’d love to stay again!!

Great space in great location

This was the perfect property for our family. Everyone had there own private en suite, and the balcony overlooking Santana Row was our hangout spot. With so many great restaurants within walking distance, we didn’t make much use of the kitchen, but it had everything you would need .
