We love being on the river and Turtle Bay is the perfect place to do that while still being close to the beach and Center St. This unit was clean and comfortable and the owner was very responsive. We hated to leave!

Folly Beach Trip

Host was very responsive. This was our first Vrbo and I had a few questions that were answered in a timely and friendly manner. It was a perfect setup for a family of three! The condo felt safe and community was fairly quiet throughout the stay. We really appreciated the ability to make coffee every morning and to dolaundry before repacking.

We booked this last minute ahead of a holiday, location is great with beautiful views! Very quiet, clean space, beds were comfortable, hope to book again. Owner very responsive.

A Had an amazing time staying at this condo on our vacation to Folly Beach! Location on the bay was wonderful! Nice dock to be able to fish on. Very nice view also! Very close to the pool, which my kids loved! Extremely clean and tidy condo. Loved the screened in porch off of the living room. Would highly recommend this property! Worked perfectly for my family of 4!

Folly After Christmas

Property is very clean, location is great, but the unit needs updated upholstered furniture and carpet. The couch looks and feels like it should be in a frat house. The 9am check out is early. Cleaning staff came in at 8:55am. Communication with management was excellent. I booked this property based on its 9.8 rating, but it is not a 9.8 property.

Wonderful Stay - 3 Story Condo

Very spacious to have the garage and carport parking options and large bedrooms. We could have brought 2 additional blowup queen mattresses and slept 4-6 more people! The view of the river helped us know if it was high or low tide. 10 min walk to beach access #3. Rented bikes made it even closer. Great location and it was awesome to have the dock handy for fishing & kayaks! The 2 porches were perfect. You can sunbath on the top level, and enjoy the screen/shade on the bottom. I almost backed out because the pictures don't do it justice, but I'm so glad we didn't. Would stay here again. Had zero issues.

Excellent place for family with 2-year old

The condo is roomy, spotless, beautifully designed, good location. Nicely furnished, except the sofa is worn out and not very comfy. The deck (with a light screen) is a great, safe play area for a little kid. Beach is close (go the back way!).

Great View and Location

The condo was very clean and the views from the very nice porches were great. The pool was an added bonus and the sunsets from the dock were incredible. The neighborhood was walkable. It was an easy walk to town and to the beach (with a beach wagon). Just be sure to bring hand and dish soap, even if you plan to pick things up at the store, as the only starter essentials are toilet paper and paper towels. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only suggestion I have would be to put in keyless entry as the key was not in the key box when we arrived. Luckily the owners niece came to our rescue and saved the day! She was extremely nice as was the property manager.

Wonderful experience

The place was located on the water so bird watching was superb. We saw dolphins as well. It's close to dining, kayak rental, bars, and the beach. The hostess replied rapidly.

Long weekend beach escape!

Folly Beach Staycation

I really enjoyed the location and space within the townhouse. I liked that the bedrooms were on the opposite sides of the condo. The 2 decks were awesome for relaxing and having the screened in porch was a plus. Parking was convenient. We walked to the beach and restaurants daily. The pool was clean.
