Just What We Wanted

The house is located not far from the entrance to Sea Pines. One night we walked to the restaurants, but it wasn't well lit and drove other nights. The neighborhood was quiet, and the back deck was great for the morning coffee. We'll definitely check availability for future visits.

Perfect getaway!

We booked this property last minute because the other one we normally stay at was not available! We come to HHI fairly regularly since my husband’s a big golfer and enjoys playing the courses on the island! This property was perfect for us and our fuzzy kids (they go everywhere with us!). It was immaculate and well maintained. Completely updated and so cozy and inviting! The back yard was perfect for the dogs. It’s quiet and although there are homes around, it’s very private and secluded. We both agreed that we’ve found our new favorite place to stay! Thanks again for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Wedding trip was beautiful!

Excellent stay at Sea Pines home. Beautiful weather for my grandson's wedding! Enjoyed sight seeing and great foods.

Beautiful house!

Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood! It was well stocked and very accommodating! The yard isnt fenced in but it’s private and peaceful. The phone charger station was a nice touch and the towels were plush. The bathrooms were gorgeous! Everything was very clean and there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Beatiful home...perfect for fur babies too

The house was lovely and well appointed. Literally the only thing missing was a dish sponge! Ice maker on the fridge was on the blink, but the water dispenser worked great. It was the bomb and water tasted great! Would definitely stay there again! I didn't call to complain because who could complain with such nice accomodations! Thank you for the well thought out rental!

Only 3 negatives: hot water very slow and not really hot, tv operation too complicated for “old people”and master mattress not great. Otherwise, all ok.

Great House for Older kids and Family- Very Clean

This was a great house. Very Clean and great accomodations. Negatives are out of Owners Control. Location is far from Harbor Town and South Beach for bikes but incredible house to rent if for dogs. I wish Passes had been included that included Sea Pines Beach Club as it's not fun/convenient to bike there or shuttle there from with a family. We had to pay for a Pass which is the first time in 10 years 2 Car Passes weren't included with the rental. However, the house is awesome and neighborhood is great so this review is simply location to beach and Sea Pines attractions. It is close to the Stables and Forest Preserve if that's important to your family.

Fantastic property and area.

Our stay at this property was great! This is a lovely, comfortable home. The large deck at the rear of the house was very nice when barbecuing burgers and dogs on the grill. Seeing a nice-looking Deer walk through the front yard 1 morning was a treat. We spent a week there, to visit our son, daughter-in-law, and grandkids...and we would not hesitate to book this property again! I did have couple of questions for the owner, and he was very easy to contact, and very pleasant to interact with.

This stay exceeded our expectations

We stayed here for 5 weeks and it felt like home. Thomas was very helpful and timely in answering our questions, usually in just a matter of minutes. The house was very clean and roomy. The location in Sea Pines was very convenient and safe. We brought our dog with us and every day started with a walk around the neighborhood. Then we would usually go to a beach in the early afternoon. We were also very close to nature walks and parks. We were literally just 2 or 3 minutes from the beach, grocery stores, churches and restaurants. We loved the deck and sat out there to read almost every day. This was our first trip to Hilton Head but we hope to go again. We would absolutely stay at this house again. The entire experience was perfect! Thank you Thomas!!

Beautiful HHI home

Wow, what a wonderful home! I have traditionally booked vacations through a timeshare, but have recently been looking for different options through various booking sites. I booked this home as a spur of the moment family vacation trip and I was not disappointed! Due to it being a pet friendly home, I had expected an odor or major indications of pets being allowed. This was not the case. The home was well maintained. I loved that light switches were labeled so I wasn’t trying to figure out how to turn on the different lights. The take one leave one beer fridge was great. The community was lovely. Location was perfect. I would definitely book again!
