What really impressed us was the amount of provisions - from bags of snacks to Q-tips!A closet in the kitchen contains hot sauce, a drawer contains all the herbs you’d ever want, etc. Great location on the river, walking distance to all the downtown restaurants.The only problem is noise from traffic - this condo is located in the front of the building.

Downtown Salida location. Easy access to river, hiking, dining, shopping, farmers market. Garage parking for 1 vehicle. Well equipped condo with an incredible balcony and Mountain View’s. Comfy beds and nice showers. Will definitely stay again!

Loved this property! Walking distance for everything. Bonus roof top with grill and view of downtown. Great attached deck for chilling with a glass of wine. Everything we needed (and more) was available to us. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We had a great time in the River Run condo in Salida. The location couldn't be better!Check-in and out instructions were clear and everything went smoothly. Parking in the attached garage was a plus.The condo is really cute and had everything we needed - I really appreciated the coffee that was provided. We were in town for a wedding and others in our group stayed in the same building, so that was really convenient for getting together with others for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Lovely, spacious, clean!

We spent 3 nights with our 2 adult daughters at river run condo and could not have picked a better place to stay. This is a comfortable, tastefully decorated, bright space that suited our needs perfectly. It is walking distance to everything in downtown Salida and comes with a parking space (although overnight street parking for my daughter’s car was not a problem.) Communication with Alli the property manager was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property was wonderful! It was in the perfect location. We were steps from the river and all the action downtown. We had an issue with a code for the game room but Ali was very responsive and went out of her way to get us the code quickly. It turns out it was closed during our stay but they made an exception for us! So wonderful. We will definitely stay again!

A Gem in Salida

The condo was one of the best short-term rentals we have stayed at. A perfect location just steps from river and a plethora of restaurants, shops, etc. For those that want to eat in, there is a Safeway just a couple blocks away that is very convenient. The condo had absolutely everything we needed and was superbly equipped. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing spot in Salida

Truly the best stay we’ve ever had in Salida! Location is unbeatable, especially with our kiddos who loved being steps from the river and an area where they could easily play in the river. Plus close to the main street restaurants and shops. And the condo is self is so nice and has great amenities. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The loft was amazing! Well stocked with the necessities, plus bonus items. The location was perfect! So many fun things to do, along with great dining within steps. Very comfortable for our group. Fun to sit outside, or at the large table, or in the cozy living room. Bedrooms were large and nice that each had its own bathroom. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great spot for all the Salida action

Excellent property for adults or families to enjoy all the activities Salida has to offer. Restaurants, shopping, breweries, and bike/board rentals all very close. Access to the Arkansas is next door for kayaking or rafting. Full kitchen and comfortable beds to rest and relax. Very clean property and highly recommend.

an introductory trip to salida

Salida was recommended to us as a great town for a quick visit to explore the area. We had a great time, and this condo was an excellent home base. It is well stocked with anything you might want/need, super clean, very comfortable and in an excellent location. Couldn't have asked for more...and look forward to returning!
