Third time staying at this property. Its fenced yard is perfect for the dog. Location a mile from the Safeway and plentiful restaurants within 10 to 20 minutes is a plus. Well appointed kitchen. Easy drive to good golf. Spacious master suite.

Another great visit

Second time visiting this property. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Close to Dogtopia if needed. Love the open floor plan and fenced yard.

Great space, well appointed home and the lemon tree in the yard was a cool surprise. Excellent location - exploring all that Scottsdale has to offer was easy from this spot.

Wonderful

Very nice open plan house in a nice neighborhood. Modern kitchen. Beautiful master suite. Walled backyard perfect for the dog. Less than a mile from the supermarket. Great restaurants and good golf within 15 to 20 minutes drive. Very good restaurants 5 minutes away.

Beautiful Home!!

We absolutely loved staying at this home. It’s beautifully remodeled and decorated. The backyard was such an oasis for my husband and I and two daughters (7 & 4). The home was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that would make it a 15 out of 10 is if the pool was heated but we were still able to swim in it with the hot weather we had! Can’t wait to come back!

Nicest VRBO I've ever stayed at! 6 STARS!

The luxury of a hotel, with the convenience and privacy of your own home. I really can't say enough about this property. The owners spared no expense -- everything in this house is updated/brand new, and top quality. Anything I forgot, they had already thought of in advance and it was provided. The pool was gorgeous, sitting inside or out was lovely. The master suite/bath was so luxurious. I hope to come back and stay again - it was hard to leave - I love this home!

This house was so great that I have already booked it agin for the same two weeks time next year. It was immaculate and in perfect condition. There was no traffic noise as it was on a very quiet street. Access to most Scottsdale and Phoenix destinations were 15 minutes or so away. Grocery stores and the like were just a few blocks away. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were bright and clean. I was there in January so the pool was not used but it was well maintained. The response time if I had a question was very quick and could not have been more pleased.

Paradise Valley house!

Beautiful, clean, convenient!!! We had absolutely everything we needed! Laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, blow dryers, coffee, towels, floats for the pool, shampoo, every cooking and grilling we needed!!! I can not say enough we highly recommend and would definitely come back!!! Thank you for a wonderful time!! Plus the beds were very comfy!

Great house in a very central location!

Everything was perfect! Enjoyed our morning hikes, afternoons at the pool and our evenings at the great nearby restaurants or cooking in the well stocked kitchen.

Perfect little vacation home

Older home recently renovated so was nice and clean and modern, beautiful open concept. We especially enjoyed the ambience of the backyard and would definitely consider renting it again. Was more home than my husband and I needed, would be perfect for family or 2 couples. There are schools close by so you do hear all the announcements and outdoor noise during the day. Was a little expensive for time of year(ie too cold for pool) but we were last minute booking so took it.would recommend.

Lovely spacious home inside and out

We stayed almost 3 weeks and really enjoyed the space as a couple but would work well for family. Old home recently renovated so nice and clean and modern. BBQ is briquettes only, no outdoor eating space but inside dining table is large and lovely. Kitchen mostly well equipped .We are outdoors people so spent lots of time relaxing in backyard which would be even more beautiful when everything is in bloom in the spring . While the pool was a nice ambience , wish it had been heated so we could use. Home is close to a middle school so can hear all the PA announcements throughout the day but quiet in evening. Lots of grocery and shopping a short drive or Uber away. We would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves! Thank you Tolbert family!

Great Place - Sorry To Leave

This home is exactly as it appears in the photos. We stayed here for three weeks and were sad to leave. The home has everything you need, is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet centrally located within a short distance to everything. The property manager John was so efficient and pleasant to work with. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a nice place in Scottsdale to check this out. My only suggestion would be to add an outdoor dining table - maybe under the red shade sails in the backyard. Other than that minor suggestion it was beyond perfect!

Spring Break Getaway
