Great spot. We’ve stayed at this property twice. Perfect location. Pool and hot tub are great. Grill is well maintained. Internet worked well. The host is easy to communicate with, and everything went swimmingly.A few picky things: the two flowery chairs in the living room have mildew on them. They should change them. I wish the property had a SUP. They only have kayaks. The blankets on the bed are quite thin. They should get spares. The rubber pads on the mattresses cause the bottom sheet to move around under you in a way that made me think I’m deeply OCD. Feels really cheap. There were two toilets where you had to jiggle the handle to get them to stop flowing. And the dryer needs to be run on time dry so the sensors don’t turn the load off leaving your clothing wet.

Turks Dream Stay

We absolutely loved everything about Villa Valentina from the great layout to the perfectly stocked kitchen to the truly awesome views and the best dock access to the ocean we have ever experienced! One of our best vacations ever according to 8 people.

Can’t beat the view!

Was very expensive to rent over Christmas week, but the view and privacy this villa offered was well worth the cost. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. They met us at the car rental and drove in front of us to the home. Roads are tricky so this was very much appreciated. The concierge was also there and walked us through everything, including the security system. That was great as it gave us ease knowing we had a security system. Check out was also a breeze. Home is big with plenty of room. The home is not new, but it is very well maintained. And the lot it’s on is in my opinion one of the best. You are on a point so you get multiple views of the water. My daily routine for the week started with a swim from the private dock followed by some kayaking. Highly recommend. It’s worth the price and offers a great location away from the “touristy” areas on the north end of the island. But it’s only a 15-20 minute drive away from the hotels and resorts if you want to go there. We did on a couple of evenings. Also, a car rental is a must if you stay here. One restaurant is across the street but beyond that any other restaurants or grocery stores require a car ride. Oh, and Turks and Caicos is awesome but expect to pay about triple for groceries. So, a case of beer is 80 ish bucks. That is less about this place and more about Turks. But still relevant. If on the fence, take a leap of faith and book Villa Valentina. You won’t regret it!!!

The privacy and location are beyond description...just amazing! Close enough to downtown/Grace Bay area, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet, less tourists experience. The house and grounds are beyond description....Villa Valentina is the only place we'll stay in TCI!!

Villa Valentina, We Love You!

We had a special and memorable retreat with our family at Villa Valentina! The interior is beautiful, with 4 large bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and large working kitchen and a comfortable central living space. The outside grounds are perfect for and enjoyable seaside vacations. The pool is gorgeous as is the view from the back yard. There is an outdoor grill and eating area and a walkway to a platform on the ocean with lounge chairs and kayaks. We loved being by the ocean, kayaking to neighboring beaches, outdoor grilling, floating in the pool. We had a chef come and cook us some special Caribbean meals in-home. Chef Daci Morgan is the BEST! These were truly special evenings. We will be back to Villa Valentina, no doubt!

Great house for families and kids - you don’t need leave!

We enjoyed the hosue, the pool, views and dock with kayaks. It’s great for kids and especially the teens who can easily kayak over to sopadilla beach and rent jet skis. There are vendors on that beach and you can walk there or kayak there from the house but they have jet skis, drinks and chairs. The water is super calm and only 5 feet deep so letting the kids run around with peace of mind is key. There are two masters on main with view that was great with having two families and the kids took the upstairs rooms. Adele our concierge was great, easy to reach and help us color draw our half day snorkel trip with Mac and cheese adventures that was a highlight. We have a chef come 3x and what seems like a splurge was a no brainer bc chef Nonny was amazing and we went from swimsuits to pajamas each night… what a vacation should be. The bay on the south west side is very calm so you will see a lot of catamarans and yachts anchoring for the night. I wish I brought my binoculars! But much calmer waters than Grace bay on the north side where the resorts are…. Definitely rent a car/van. The taxis are insane expensive. And there is only one restaurant near the hosue called Las Brisas which we did one night, and ordered take one night. Their paella was delish! Groceries are also pricey (bag of cofffee was $20!) and be sure to bring cash. We had to go to the ATM a few items and it was difficult to find one that was working. Only negative is the house dryer did NOT dry.

The perfect Turks and Caicos vacation

I'm picky when choosing a vacation getaway for us and family. Villa Valentina ended up being the perfect choice for 8 of us with kids and grand girls 11, 13 and 15, all water enthusiasts. The house was large and had a great kitchen. The pool was not on the side of the house but directly between you and the water which is important to me. We had it heated since we're from hot Texas and girls could swim comfortably at night. The dock was fantastic with the kayaks and we rented paddle boards for the week. We booked a day's excursion with Silly Creek Sports and they came directly to the dock to pick us up. The water is only about thigh deep when entering and makes it easy for all to enjoy the water. We rented jet skis and they were brought right to us at the dock. Everyone we met in T&C was delightful. We liked Villa Valentina because it was away from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Providenciales. Loved our stay!

Stnning views, pool, hot tub, walk to ocean and magnificent sunsets

Great property on quiet side of the island, away from the resorts. A 25 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. We went snorkeling, parasailing and kayaking....great fun! Hired a chef for dinner which was fabulous.

Very Pleasant Stay

We had a great time at Villa Valentina. The house was very well-stocked and had plenty of room. The outdoor area is fantastic. We had everything we needed for a very relaxing week. The house is about a 20 minute drive to Grace Bay, where most of the restaurants are, but we didn't really mind. You definitely need a rental car. Two beaches are within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Villa for a family getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: s like a house plus resort all in one. The layout of the house is really great - plenty of space for private time both inside and outside. The y fun to take over to Sopadilla Bay Beach. We were even able to kayak over there, rent jet skis and then kayak back to the house. Were also able to trade off jet skis right off our swimming dock. We also enjoyed the close proximity to Taylor Bay. We did end up driving our rent car a fair amount to do other activities and go to restaurants, but the Villa was well worth any driving we had to do due to the location. We had a few minor appliance complications which were promptly repaired. Kerry Lancaster was a delight to work with and very helpful during our stay. Jake was also very helpful in securing an alternative boat company when our snorkeling boat excursion was cancelled due to issues with the boat. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a wonderful setting for a family vacation.

Beautiful location

Amazing villa with outstanding views. Great pool with two awesome downstairs bedrooms. Upstair bedrooms are rather small. Some minor maintenance issues, but overall, a great villa on an awesome island!

Beautiful House, Beautiful Location

We loved our recent stay at Villa Valentina! The house accommodated our group of 8 perfectly, 6 adults and 2 children. The pool was a hit for the kids and the ocean and sunset views from the dock were incredible. We enjoyed grilling and eating in the outdoor areas and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We rented a vehicle so we could drive to restaurants and get to our boat charter and snorkeling outings. We would definitely rent this again for a group vacation. The communication with the owner/property manager was prompt and helpful.

We paid extra to have the pool heated and when we arrived it wasn’t quite warm enough but when we asked Kerry she had it fixed by the next day. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The Villa had everything you needed and even things you didn’t know you needed but came in super handy! Very peaceful location that is within an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend renting Villa Valentina! Dream vacation rental for sure!

Great place in T&C during COVID

Villa Valentina was a great house for the family (5 kids 16-23) and my wife and I. The pool, dock and Caribbean ocean were fantastic. The property is large and outdoor kitchen was fantastic. We had a chef come in most nights but also explored the island. However, our favorite times were at the house. Jake was very helpful arranging things for us and making restaurant recommendation. The only issue with T&C is getting in and out due to COVID testing. Otherwise a great trip in a fantastic house.

The setting is spectacular. Kerry and Jake catered to our every need.

The position of this property is superb. The setting sublime. To just be a few feet from the ocean, be able to watch the sunset every night it was perfect.

Beautiful Home & View

This was a fantastic house. We had two families - 4 adults and 4 kids, teenagers - and the layout was fantastic. We had two master bedrooms the first floor and two rooms for the kids upstairs. I will say that the balcony view from the kids rooms was spectacular. There was so much room to spread out with the family room, porch and of course the gorgeous pool area. The pictures are very accurate. While not on Grace Bay, we didn't mind the quick drive. We would usually go do something in the morning, have lunch somewhere and then come back for the afternoon. There were several good dinner places within a quick 10 minute drive including Mango Reef, Magnolia's, Las Brisas (which we walked to), and Bugaloo's was right on the beach with the best fresh conch by far. We've gone several times in March now for our kids spring break and while this location is not on Grace Bay it is a gorgeous and usually on the opposite side of the wind so you can actually get outside and enjoy without getting sand blasted. The dock area was terrific for getting in the water and taking a kayak ride. The management company was very responsive and helpful in getting us reservations for a private snorkeling trip. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need with an abundance of kitchenwares and beach towels, and plenty of areas of sun and shade around the pool. We were super pleased with the house and would definitely rent it again.
