Comfortable place. Mostly used for sleep and showering, otherwise we were out hiking etc every day. Great location for visiting all of the parks and trails in the area.
Nearby beach - 1 minute walk.

Very clean and tidy cottage!

The hosts were very helpful in making our stay the best it could possibly be! The cottage was very clean and we were very happy with everything about our stay! We would definitely come back again!!

Slice of Heaven in Cottage Country

Couldn’t have asked for more. It was absolutely perfect. Roads were very well maintained coming in, host was communicating with us and did an excellent job preparing us, everything was very clean and the location allowed for access to cheap boat rentals, great access to the beach, we saw amazing wildlife and had access to the most beautiful lodge across the street when we didn’t want to cook ourselves. Would come back forsure!

Best one thus far

Loved the cottage. Girls trip and it was a blast. The scenery was nice and close to all the places we wanted to see. The host was so helpful and offered us information on local spots for dining and entertainment. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a safe place out of the city.

Wedding retreat

We were in town for a wedding at the resort next door! The cabin worked great for us, very spacious and well equipped. Loved the hottub and outdoor area! Beautiful! Very close to the wedding venue. Easy walk over for all the festivities. Steven was great to communicate with. We would stay here again!👍

Nice Clean cottage close to beach

Our family had a wonderful time at this cottage. It was very clean, organized, and spacious, with a large backyard. The host, Steve, prepared everything one would need around the house. There was a very nice hot tub and area to eat outdoors on the deck. The beach was only a very short walk away, which was closer than expected. Plus, the WiFi worked decently well during our stay; we could attend online classes and stream videos without a problem. We definitely hope to visit again.

As soon as we walked up to the door it smelled musty. Inside you could smell cleaner & staleness. When I saw a mouse run across the floor, I immediately left & contacted the owner. We were unable to stay there. My calls & texts were eventually ignored. I have been using VRBO for 30 yrs with no issues and unfortunately cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Quiet Getaway

This cottage is the perfect spot for a quiet family getaway. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to relax. The hot tub was so nice and had a roof over top so we could use it in any weather. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Will definitely come back!

Great location and great house

Our stay at the cottage was really good. The location is very convenient, literally less than 2 minutes from a nice sandy beach. Perfect for kids and toddler… shallow for more than 50m in. The house is not far from local parks with excellent trails no more than 30 minutes away. It is also 30 minutes from Huntsville with good dining and shopping options. Steven is a great host, very responsive and did everything he could to make our stay the best as possible. The house is very comfortable and cozy. We were able to comfortably fit a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids under 12). We would definitely stay again on a future opportunity.

Great cottage in great location!

My wife and I, our 8 month old son, and my parents stayed at this property for 4 nights. The cottage is in a great location, close to town and area attractions. It is only a few second walk to the Sandy beach of Lake Bernard. The cottage had everything we needed and more with an amazing hot tub as well as fire pit and bbq. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the bedrooms and living area were clean and a nice size. Best of all was the communication from the owner, who was usually only a few minutes to respond and was always looking to make our stay better. Would recommend this cottage to anyone! Fantastic

This little cottage has everything you need. The property managers are incredible and attentive. We had so much fun the hot tub was lovely, the cottage was clean. The owners did everything to make sure there guests are taken care of.

My three teens and I enjoyed a relaxing winter holiday at this cute and super clean cottage. It was perfect for our family with lots of room to relax and a lovely kitchen with everything you need to make meals. Here was lots of room to spread out and relax reading books and playing board games. We enjoyed the hot tub which was such a lovely feature to have at this time of year. We also were fortunate to see deer and wild turkeys visit the property during our stay. The cottage is very attractive and well located for visitors who want to visit Arrowhead Provincial Park for outdoor winter activities. The host was great at communicating from the time of booking and throughout our stay. Thanks so much for answering all my questions.

Nice spot to get away

My wife and I were looking for a nice quiet place to get away to and we're glad we chose this place. Very nice, clean place with a great area to lounge out back in the hot tub. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Birthday weekend

We planned the weekend to get away and enjoy each others' company, which we did. The cottage is a quaint little cottage that was a nice surprise, it reminded me of my childhood days, back home. It was a nice fit for our small family.

Short outdoor escape.

That is good cottage for couple or small groupe, there is everything you need and Hot Tub what we liked for this cold times. I think, we'll come back next year. Thank you Steve.
