We had an issue with the air conditioning and contacted the owner and had it fixed within the day. We really loved the place and the city. Would recommend to all of our friends and family.

Nice location, just off the mail street where shops and dining are. Quiet neighborhood and we loved that there was a garage to park in. All the bedrooms were nice sized and great to have 2 full, updated baths as well as brand new washer and dryer. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple dinners “at home”, plus space to eat and to relax. Kanab is a great location to use for hiking at Zion and Bryce. The owner was very responsive to any questions. Only suggestion would be to replace the coffee maker. It took 30 minutes to brew a 10 cup pot, required some planing to have it ready for our early mornings! Would definitely rent the unit again.

Great place to stay.

Very clean, spacious, nice ‘extras’ in the kitchen, excellent and efficient communications with the owner and overall happy with our stay. Would recommend this place to family and friends. If we are back in the area, would rent this place again.

Great Location

I travel to Kanab often and was delighted to find this new spot to stay at. It's an easy walk to downtown, grocery stores and more. The property was clean, quiet, and spacious too.

Great place in a great location

My dad, brother and I stayed here during a tour of the Southwest. The place was perfect for us. It was clean, in a nice part of town and had plenty of space for us all. It was a great hub for hitting the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, the north rim of the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon.

Central Location to Kanab

Nice place for small group. Great access to Kanab amenities. Parking is quite limited so you need to carpool or make use of garage.

Absolutely Loved This Rental in Kanab!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay in Kanab the perfect place. Russell was very responsive to my imquiries and I would highly recommend his place!

Perfect base camp

This was the perfect spot for our 6 days visiting Southern Utah. Close to town, tons of room for us to spread out and rest after day excursions. Centrally located to Zion, Bryce, Coral sands, Hodoos Toadstools, and less than 5 miles to the Sand Caves. Tons of information about local hikes.

Great location. Roomy

Great location. Within an hour of Zion and Bryce. Many hiking trails near Kanab, which is a great little town. Condo was roomy and comfortable. Would highly recommend it.

Grand Circle Getaway

Unit was better than advertised. Place is well stocked, convenient to main strip in Kanab, and information packet at unit was very helpful in planning what to do between baseball games.

We will come back!

The apartment is a great spot for trips to all national parks around Kanab. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The quietness at night exactly that what we needed after long day trips. We will come back!

National Park Visits

We just stayed here last week to use as our base to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National parks. We had the best time and the place was perfect for our stay. We hope to go back and for sure would love to stay here again!!!!! Thank you again!!!!!!! Kristi

Great National Parks base

We were more than pleased with our stay in Kanab, made our visits to the National Parks a perfect vacation. Was a great place to get refreshed and ready to go the next day! The only suggestion would be to have a table lamp in the living room for more relaxing lighting in the evenings. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to visit the local NP’s (Zion, Bryce Canyon & Grand Canyon North Rim).Thank you

Sister Getaway

We had a great time visiting Bryce and then Zion. We entered the East entrance at Zion in about 30 minutes and then it took about 20 more minutes to reach the visitors center to park our car. It was beautiful while driving down the scenic route and there were a few pull offs to take pictures. He left lots of toilet paper, soap and detergent for us to use. Enjoyed our trip!

Great Property

We stayed in Kanab for 7 nights while we visited various national parks in the area. The property was clean and well equipped for our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Kanab!

Great location

Newer building, just as pictured! Great location for exploring Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, Zion. Cute little town with quaint shops and good restaurants. Quiet setting. We stayed with 5 adults and there was plenty of space. Would stay again.
