Enjoyed our stay.

Loved the cottage. My family enjoyed our vacation. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect that we could bring our dogs as they are family.

Perfect house

The house was the perfect size for 3 adults and one 5 year old. The location was great. The weather did not cooperate, but we had a nice time.

Great stay in Hampton Beach!

The location is perfect to walk down to the beach and shopping. Wally’s and the goat a mere few steps down the road. More space then the listing depicts. It was perfect for our group of friends to get together laugh and enjoy the beach community. The property manager/owner made every effort to communicate with me quickly despite being in a different time zone at the time.

Nice place. Close to beach and shops, food

Nice, clean. New updated kitchen. Easy communication with property manager. 8 minute walk to beach. 5 or so minute walk to shops along the strip. Tvs in every room. Plenty of linen. Soft beds. Only thing i would have liked is a washer and dryer.

Great place, great location, great value

This was a great rental unit for my family of 5. We needed 3 or more bedrooms and pet friendly with close proximity to the beach. Unit was clean and kept up. Price was reasonable. Walking distance to all the restaurants and beach. Beach was a little far walk for lugging all the beach stuff that comes with young children but we expected that. The owner Chris was very accommodating, and helpful. Was available by text or phone call for every question we had before and during our stay. Great rental.highly recommend.

Great updated house.

Very clean and updated. Had everything we needed for 5 days. If we stayed longer we would need a washer/dryer but this was perfect. The only issue we had was that the outside fireplace was wood not gas as pictured. Didn’t want to go through all that trouble. Owner was responsive and stopped to fix a minor issue while we were there. Great front porch to people watch. We will stay here again! Thanks Christopher.

Great house in a great location

The house was much nicer with much more room than the photos present. It is in a great location for walking to the beach or other points of interest like restaurants and bars.

Close to the beach and pet friendly

Great location! The place was clean, beds were comfortable, ample space for everyone. The owner responded quickly for any additional needs or questions. This house is on a busy main road, so you will hear a lot of traffic during peak times.

Great Stay

My family and I have been coming to Hampton Beach for a number of years. It’s hard to find a place to accommodate our number, in a walkable location to the beach, and take pets (we have a small dog). This property was by far our favorite out of all the places we have stayed and very clean! The owner was very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely book again and I highly recommend- thank you!

Awesome Stay!

The house is so perfect for us. Short walk to the beach, comfortable beds, super clean house. This is our second stay and we are looking forward to next year.

Location was not to expectations

Owner was responsive, house was clean, but location disappointed. It's in a honky tonk beach neighborhood, which was not suitable for our large family. Maybe a write up on Hampton Beach's "ambience" would have steered us differently. The early Sunday morning road race that shut down all streets was also an unpleasant surprise. Tough to leave at 7am when you only have 3 days

Wonderful!

The house is close to the beach and and restaurants and the boardwalk. It was very clean and very well maintained. It was perfect for our dog because there is a gated porch so our dog could not run out the door into the street. The owner lives nearby and is very easy to contact if needed.

I chose this neighborhood because of its location to just about everything you would like to do at a beach vacation destination which is all within walking distance and also just far away enough from the crowded boardwalk to enjoy some peace and quiet if you so desire sitting outdoors by the fire pit having a meal and cocktails with family and friends.

It has been updated over the past few years and I continue to add to its renewal each year to make it more comfortable , private , relaxing and peaceful as possible.
