Lovely little home!

We stayed on the first level of this older home. Perfect location with grocery restaurants and shops just a few blocks away. Ideal for two couples!

Nice place. Wish the bedrooms had TV’s in them. Emailed the host a week or two before our stay with a question but did not receive a response.

From the owner: Thank you for your feedback. I unfortunately did not receive any communication from you asking about the TVs. We only list one TV, and that is all that is shown in the photos of the listing.I am very prompt with email and phone. You should have received my direct contact info as the owner at least a couple of weeks in advance, so in the future, please send questions directly to the owner/property manager. I can only assume you emailed the booking agency (VRBO, Evolve, etc.) instead of the owner directly; otherwise, I would have responded!Thank you again,

Wonderful place to stay!

This rental is so close to downtown and Lake Michigan beach that we walked there many times. Beautiful outside sitting areas. We didn't cook, but everything is there if you want to. Very comfortable place to stay. The living room furniture has been updated since the pictures were taken and is very comfortable.

Excellent

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this listing. It was clean and comfortable. The listing is close enough to the shops in Charlevoix that we could walk just about everywhere but far enough into the residential neighborhood that it was nice and quiet. I would absolutely stay again for a relaxing weekend!

Loved our Charlevoix family vacation!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 3.5 and 6) loved staying here. The ability to walk downtown with a coffee and the kids to watch the Beaver Islander go out each day or hit up Michigan beach for sunset each night was such a blessing. We walked all over. House was perfect for our needs. Two full baths is nice with kids. Loved sitting on the front porch to relax.

Trip to Charlevoix michigan

When we got to the home, we were very satisfied with both the on-line description and the location. Everything was as advertised. We were situated very close to the main street in the downtown area where many of the top restaurants, shops, pubs were located. The house had a very nice outdoor seating area that we were able to enjoy. The grocery store was located less than 2 blocks away from the location. There was a couple that were renting the top unit at the same time we were their and they were very nice. They had been staying at this location for many years and gave us many ideas for what to see and do in the area (which we used). Cannot rate any higher and we will check on the availability of this unit when returning to the area

Great vacation spot

This was a fantastic rental for my family. Stayed here with toddler and the house was very easy to accommodate/toddler proof. Easy walking distance to parks, the library and the lake. Communication was fantastic over a tiny issue with a breaker that was quickly fixed and didn't hinder our trip at all. The house was great and cozy and we will certainly use it again for future trips. Thanks to a great host for having such a warm and cozy property.

We were in town for a wedding and decided to come a few days before and after - so happy we did. Charlevoix is a wonderful town with many things to do. The duplex was walking distance for everything around town. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and sitting on the deck in the evening was nice. I would definitely recommend this rental

Very nice property, so conveniently located walking distance to downtown and our favorite restaurant in the area, Terry's. we also loved being close to the waterfront and beautiful Round Lake and the Harbor.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Charlevoix, MI!

A perfect location for walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We always enjoy staying here as there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms which makes it perfect for two couples to stay. The kitchen has pots and pans, appliances and dishes. Having a washer/dryer is very convenient. We would highly recommend this location.

PERFECT!

Great House and Location

This property is such a cute and very comfortable home to rent. Furniture and beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen has anything you could ever think of for cooking. The location is great, you can walk to town and there is awesome restaurants to pick from. The only thing I wish was the outside porch furniture would of been clean so we could of sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather. We will rent again hopefully next summer or fall.

Charlevoix Retreat

Very clean, fully stocked home. Listing very accurate. Perfect for our family of 3 - mom/dad/adult son. Excellent location, easy walking distance to both Lake Michigan and downtown Charlevoix. Easy day trips to Mackinac Island, Harbor Springs, Tunnel of Trees, Traverse City, etc. Definitely will return when looking to stay in the area next time. Very very minor annoyances - small bath mats, and toaster easily sets off smoke alarm. Not at all a deterrent though :) .
