The living and dining rooms' open layout make it a great space for the whole party to spend time together. It's a breeze to whip up meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Our condo is in a great location with the best of both worlds: 1/2 block walk to the sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico and close to shops and entertainment on Padre Blvd. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do! -Under HOA and rental-owner rules, this rental is unavailable to college-age Spring Break groups. Spring Break groups in neighboring properties may affect general noise levels.
-Access to this property requires the use of stairs.
