Located just steps from the water, our condo is the closest building to the beach—access the sand through your private beach gate in under a minute! Explore the charming town of Seaside, just two blocks away, or stroll to dozens of restaurants within walking distance. This exclusive condo community is the only beachfront property in WaterColor, offering a unique, intimate experience for those seeking luxury and convenience.

As the property owners, we pride ourselves on providing personalized service. You’ll always have direct access to us, ensuring prompt responses to any questions or concerns. For guests who value cleanliness, rest assured that the condo is impeccably maintained: all floors are steam cleaned after each stay, and all linens, including top quilts, are freshly laundered.

Enjoy access to a private condo pool (exclusive to only 22 units) and a private beach entrance right outside your door. Inside, the condo boasts a fully remodeled gourmet kitchen and bathrooms, along with a reverse osmosis system for purified drinking water and ice.

Our Family Paradise

This is the third consecutive year we have rented Beachside Dunes. What a blessing for our entire family! The condo is impeccably furnished and clean. The view is unbelievable. The owners are responsive, ready to answer any questions and to help in any way. The kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals and the living space is ideal for family games or watching the big game. The kids are already talking about our next trip there. We'll be back. We just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home at Beachside and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is unbeatable – literally on the beach. We were on the sand in minutes every morning, coffee in hand, watching the sunrise. Pure bliss.The house itself was spotless – truly one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Everything felt fresh, modern, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were super comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and beach gear provided.What really stood out was how private it felt. Despite being so conveniently located, the property is tucked away enough that it feels like your own peaceful oasis. No noise, no crowds – just relaxation.It’s also perfectly positioned near restaurants, grocery stores, and cute little shops – everything was within a quick walk or a 2-minute drive, yet you never felt isolated, but you still had total privacy when you wanted it.This home made our beach vacation absolutely perfect. Julie’s place was awesome! Perfect view of the ocean from the outside deck was great for morning coffee and views while having meals. The place was well equipped with anything you think of you might need while on vacation. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys were great to have. The ability to walk to and from the beach in under 2 minutes with a private walkway was extremely convenient. Seaside square and restaurants were an easy 10 minute walk. Watercolor Area was quiet and safe. Would highly recommend Julie’s place to all!Bob and Lisa L

Beautiful property, great location! Had everything we needed from baby items to all the beach gear. Loved being so close to the beach as well as the watercolor pools and the private pool was perfectly located for a quick dip for our granddaughter. We had a great relaxing time and would highly recommend a stay here!!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway in Watercolor!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and close to all the great Watercolor amenities and Seaside. The condo was super comfortable and came fully stocked with everything you could want for a relaxing beach vacation, from beach gear to a well-equipped kitchen. It had all the little extras that made it feel like home.The private pool was a bonus. It was quiet and the perfect spot to unwind and cool down after a day at the beach. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions before the trip. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach escape with the perfect mix of fun and relaxation!

Wonderful Oceanfront Condo

Our stay at this oceanfront condo in WaterColor, Florida, was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with stunning gulf views right from the balcony. The condo was beautifully decorated, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, easy access to the beach club and bike trails, and the short walk to shops and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. This was one of the most relaxing and memorable vacations we’ve had. We can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend—5 out of 5 stars!

Stunning house, steps from the most beautiful private beach, with a pool when the kids need a break.The house was immaculate, 3 gorgeous large bedrooms, and our 4 and 6 year olds loved the bunk beds in their room.Great communication before, during and after too.

Our stay at Beachside Dunes in WaterColor, FL, was nothing short of perfect! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Wonderful stay on the beach!

Our family traveled to the first time to Seaside and stayed at this amazing condo the beach. We loved the location. Easy access to the beach as well as watercolor and seaside shops and restaurants. The owner communicated well and responded quickly to questions. Would recommend staying here to anyone! The condo had everything we needed!

Great condo in ideal location!

This condo was perfect for our family! There were four adults and two kids. The house was super clean, and had all of the pots and pans and dishes that we needed! The condo was very updated and right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property!

Watercolor was perfect for our family. The place was very clean and the location was perfect. This was our 4th trip to 30A and this location has been the best. Julie did a great job communicating, very prompt in her replies.

This condo is lovely and comes with everything you need! Well stocked kitchen, nice supplies of extras like coffee, laundry detergent and bath products. Beach towels and chairs were ready to go, as well. The owner is super nice and helpful. Condo is next to the very nice pool. Big grill for use in pool area, too. We loved our stay!

Beautiful Condo & Great Location

We were very pleased with this property! You can’t ask for a better location as far as the beach is concerned! I feel the condo is more beautiful and spacious than the pictures suggest. We did do a fair amount of cooking in the kitchen and we had all the supplies/appliances we needed. The RO drinking water at the sink was a great surprise! There were plenty of beach toys to entertain the kids and enough chairs and umbrellas to keep us at the beach all day. Julie was an amazing communicator! This being our first stay in the watercolor area, I appreciated her in-depth email and links to businesses/items we may want to reserve as our trip approached. We also had a small issue with the door code at check-in, and she texted back immediately and resolved it! I’m already looking to grab a week next summer at this condo because my family can’t wait to go back!

Great experience…

Everything was perfect! The accommodations were lovely and just as promised and owner was knowledgeable and accommodating to work with. The resort with all the pools and Kids camp was fabulous. There was something for everyone. It is a very family friendly environment. Great food, shopping and an understated ambiance. We will be back!

2nd stay here was as wonderful as the first!

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at Beachside Dunes! From the moment we walked in it was obvious the cleaning crew had done a great job preparing for us. The vacation home is so accommodating with king side beds and a big living space for us to all gather in. The open kitchen is great for allowing whoever is in the kitchen to still be included. We will most likely visit this great vacation spot again!

Watercolor has amenities that appeal to all interests: bike and walking trails, tennis courts, paddle boarding, kayaking, spa services, fishing, multiple pool choices, beautiful beaches. Watercolor is on Highway 30A and to the east and the west there are miles of shops, restaurants and music venues. Our superior cleaning protocols ensure that you are satisfied and can relax in the comfort of our home.

Beachside Dunes is located on the south side of 30A on the beach. We have dedicated parking, (2 spaces) private pool and private boardwalk access to the beach. Seaside is just two blocks to the east and the Watercolor Inn is directly to the west. The new Beach Club pools and restaurant are directly next to the Watercolor Inn. This location is amazing and will not disappoint you!
