Suite #1 - 630 sqft of quality construction and remarkable ocean view. Your own private oasis! Thoughtfully curated for those seeking a quiet retreat.

This spectacular 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom suite offers a spacious living space including a pullout queen size sofa (sleeps 2) and crisp fireplace. Views of the oceanfront from the bed and living room area. Apple TV on every TV. High Speed internet and AC. Private patio with seating, perfect for your morning cuppa. A true modern escape!

A stunning kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer, Broan cooktop fully stocked with drinkware, flatware, and dinnerware. A Nespresso Vertuo coffee station with pods, Breville toaster oven, iron tea kettle and Ninja blender for preparing light meals.

The comfortable king size bed is fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforter. Seamless pocket doors lead into the ensuite bathroom with a Toto Neorest 700 Dual Flush Bidet, Graff rain shower, stand alone bathtub and perfectly lit LED vanity. This unit is handicap accessible with roll in shower and single floor access.

Quality finishes are found throughout the property, where you always have enough space to enjoy friends and family. Breathe in fresh ocean air as you relax on the oceanfront loungers with face shields. The grassy area is the perfect place to do morning yoga while overlooking the ocean. Great location for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. Seconds away from the sand!

When the tide is right, walk on the sand to great local spots, such as Malibu Pier, Nobu, the SoHo House. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles away and is reachable by foot or car. Whole Foods grocery store is nearby.

Complimentary parking on site for one vehicle per suite.

Our guests have access to their assigned suite and all shared common areas, including the expansive grassy area, grilling stations, beach sand lounging area, and laundry room.

Dubbed "Billionaire's Beach" by locals, Carbon Beach has become one of the most popular and requested beaches in Malibu. Known for its long sandy beaches makes Carbon perfect for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. You will be steps away from Nobu, the SoHo House, and seconds away from the sand. You can walk to Surfrider beach or the Malibu Pier from the beach access onsite, or you can walk a little further to the Country Mart for the best restaurants and shops in Malibu. There are always new shops opening nearly every day.

SA Suites are located in the heart of Malibu within walking distance to the Malibu Pier and just steps away from Malibu's most iconic beach, Carbon Beach. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles and is reachable by foot or car. Stay Awhile Villas offers car rental services to its guests. Uber is readily available.

IMPORTANT: Stay Awhile Villas is a professional property manager and uses a professional PMS system. Our integration between our PMS and VRBO limits our ability for us to charge a credit card processing, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the VRBO platform. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will only be charged the VRBO fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.
Other things to note:

SA Suites strives to offer a peaceful and serene environment for our guests. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors while using the common areas. Please do not walk to other units or use amenities that are intended for other guests.
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No pets
• No parties or events
• Check-in is 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Please send our team a message prior to booking. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking.

In the case of a cancellation, we will uphold the cancellation policy that was stated at the time of booking. Please note that the "Reservation fee" is our credit card processing fee. This fee is 100% non refundable as it is a hard cost.

No parties. No visitors. No unapproved guests.
All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.
If you want to have a guest, then you will need to submit their names prior to booking. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. We are very strict on our guest policy because it helps us maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. It also helps us stay well within the limits of the law. If a property goes over capacity, then we will become at risk of losing our permit and we will have to ask you to leave.
**Guests are only permitted on the complex grounds from check-in to check out time. Guests are not permitted on the property during any other times.

Please do not hang clothing items or towels off the glass railings in the complex.

No pets unless proof is provided that the pets are service pets. We, out of principle, do not allow any pets. However, due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet.

No smoking, vaping, or similar.
Los Angeles Code Section 41.50 B 18 b
In high fire risk area, no smoking inside or out. No vapes or e-cigarettes either. Advanced smoke detectors react to vapors; alarm triggers $500 fire dept. charge. If violation caused alarm, $500 fee to person responsible.

Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates.
If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office located at 22648 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.

Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am
Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood.
Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.

Parking:
You will receive one parking pass. You cannot park in the parking lot at the front of the property without the parking pass. If you are not able to get a spot, then you will need to park either on PCH or in the overflow parking lot above the complex that has D’amores pizza and PC Greens. Note that the handicap spot is ticketed by the police - as are all handicap spots in California. So, do not park there - or anywhere - without the relevant pass(es). The police will not hesitate to charge you +$500 for parking where you shouldn’t.

Pre Stocking: We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests.

Day of Arrival:
During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment.

Early/Late Check-In and Late Check-out Fees:
We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Our early check-in and late check-in fees are $50 for every hour before 4:00pm and after 6:00pm, respectively. Additionally, if you want to check-in before 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day.

Our check-out time is 10:00am. Our late check-out fee is $50 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. If you would like to have a late check-out, then please let us know in advance and we will see if we can accommodate it.

If you want to check in or out outside the usual times, let us know a day in advance. We can't guarantee approval due to factors like previous guest issues, maintenance, and staff availability.

Cleanliness: We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. Hotel-style linens, towels, toiletries, and premium kitchen appliances provided

When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

Perfect Malibu Getaway!!
My husband and I booked a last minute getaway and this place was just what we needed!! The location is wonderful - right on the ocean, and 2 doors down from Nobu. And the place was beautiful. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

Beautiful place a bit noisier than we would've liked.
Beautiful property in Malibu. Traffic noise from Coast Highway is pretty loud. Also putting a family above us with small children who were constantly running and making lots of noise above us was a little irritating. The property management team was very good though.

MALIBU WITH A VIEW!!
We had an AMAZING stay at this beautiful Malibu beachfront condo complex. Right on the blue Pacific ocean- the view was perfect! I was traveling on a girls only trip with my daughters and safety & view was or foremost concern. We felt very safe in our condo- especially with the private door security code. The parking was good and we did not have to use the back up spaces. The Property manager did a great job of meeting us and giving us a superb tour of the property. The beds and lines were very clean and extremely comfortable- the unit even had a heated toilet!!. There was a beach shower on the property and cornhole boards for entertainment. Our favorite activity was sitting on the chairs by the ocean and meeting with and talking to the other guests in the evening while watching the tide come in. Very close to local stores and groceries and many lovely restaurants- we really enjoyed Moonshadows,The Sunset & Pier restaurants. We were glad we utilized a rental car as we did drive to local locations daily and we heard it is very hard to catch Ubers there. Only improvements I would make was that we could not utilize the private beach steps as the beach access was not directly available, but the Property Manager showed us a very close public beach access area that we used each day at low tide. Also would love to see a collection of beach toys on property; but we did get to use the beach chairs and umbrella. We can't wait to return with our whole family to this beautiful property!!
