This comfortable, three-bedroom home, with plenty of indoor and outdoor living space, is on Wellfleet's ocean side--close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and about a mile to Duck Pond. Cozy interior spaces and a roomy three-season porch and a large deck make this a wonderful place to relax and unwind on your Cape Cod vacation.
Enter an open living room with comfortable seating, electric fireplace and a flat screen TV with Roku (stream content with your own accounts) and WiFi. The living room opens to the dining area which has a slider to the lovely screen porch. The nicely-equipped, well-stocked galley kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances and plenty of counter space for cooking. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower and a bedroom with a queen bed.
The home's other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms has a king bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed. There is a Jack & Jill bathroom (doors to each bedroom) with a tub/shower.
This home has hardwood floors throughout the main living area and first floor bedroom, tile floors in the two bathrooms and carpeting in the second floor bedrooms. There are four window air conditioner units--one in the main living area and one in each of the bedrooms. Updated furnishings and decor, new living room furniture. All three bedrooms have blackout blinds.
Unfinished basement with washer/dryer and entertainment area with sofas, ping pong table, TV with DVD player, movies and games.
Enjoy the three-season porch with comfortable furniture, flat screen TV with Roku (stream content with your own account) and ceiling fan. A wonderful space for your morning coffee, a bestseller or a glass of wine in the evening. One door of the screen porch leads to a small deck with outdoor table and chairs (another great spot for coffee), the other door leads to a large, private back deck with lounge chairs, dining table and chairs, enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill. The yard has mature plantings and flowers and plenty of space for outdoor fun like a round of cornhole (equipment provided).

The home is about one mile to Duck Pond (about a 15-20 minute walk per Google Maps; a few parking spaces with town beach sticker)--one of the town's beloved freshwater ponds. Short drive to Wellfleet Center and Wellfleet Harbor for amazing restaurants, shops and galleries. Enjoy the Wellfleet's weekly farmers market, live entertainment at Wellfleet Preservation Hall and WHAT (Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater), golfing at the Chequessett Yacht Club, and biking and walking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Visit some of the Cape's best beaches on the bay or ocean side of town.
One mile (2 minute drive) to the 5-star award winning, Zagat rated PB's Boulangerie for delectable French pastries, baked goods, bread, sandwiches and more (take-out available). Head into Truro for wine tasting and local food truck fare at Truro Vineyards. Only a 20-minute ride to Provincetown for more restaurants and shops plus live shows, night clubs, whale watches, fishing charters and other fun on the water!

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
