Suite # 8- Quality construction and remarkable ocean views. Your own private oasis! Thoughtfully curated for those seeking a quiet retreat.



This spectacular 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom studio suite offers a spacious living space with Apple TV on every TV. High Speed internet and AC. Private balcony with seating and a stunning ocean view, perfect for your morning cuppa. A true modern escape!



The comfortable king-size bed is fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforter. Seamless pocket doors lead into the ensuite bathroom with Toto Neorest 700 Dual Flush Bidet, Graff rain shower and perfectly lit LED vanity mirror.



A stunning kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer, Broan cooktop fully stocked with drinkware, flatware, dinnerware and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee station with pods.



Quality finishes are found throughout the property, where you always have enough space to enjoy friends and family. Breathe in fresh ocean air as you relax on the oceanfront loungers with face shields. The grassy area is the perfect place to do morning yoga while overlooking the ocean. Great location for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. Seconds away from the sand!



When the tide is right, walk on the sand to great local spots, such as Malibu Pier, Nobu and the SoHo House. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles away and is reachable by foot or car. Whole Foods grocery store is nearby.



Complimentary parking on site for one vehicle per suite.

**All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Guests wishing to pay by bank wire must notify our team prior to booking so we can provide instructions and ensure the correct payment method is arranged.

Guest Access:

Our guests have access to their assigned suite and all shared common areas, including the expansive grassy area, grilling stations, beach sand lounging area, and laundry room. Access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).



The Neighborhood:

Dubbed "Billionaire's Beach" by locals, Carbon Beach has become one of the most popular and requested beaches in Malibu. Known for its long sandy beaches makes Carbon perfect for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. You will be steps away from Nobu, the SoHo House, and seconds away from the sand. You can walk to Surfrider beach or the Malibu Pier from the beach access onsite, or you can walk a little further to the Country Mart for the best restaurants and shops in Malibu. There are always new shops opening nearly every day.



Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.



Getting Around:

SA Suites are located in the heart of Malibu within walking distance to the Malibu Pier and just steps away from Malibu's most iconic beach, Carbon Beach. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles and is reachable by foot or car. We offer car rental services to our guests. Uber is readily available.



Other Things to Note:

Please message our team and speak with the Home Manager before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking.



SA Suites strives to offer a peaceful and serene environment for our guests. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors while using the common areas. Please do not walk to other units or use amenities that are intended for other guests.



To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.



1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave. Guests are only permitted on the complex grounds from check-in to check out time. Guests are not permitted on the property during any other times.



2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.



3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.



4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.



5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.



7) Day of Arrival:

Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.



8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.



Check-out: Standard checkout time is 10:00 AM

Late checkout is available up until 12:00 PM for a fee of $50 per hour. Guests must notify our team in advance if they would like a late checkout, as this requires rescheduling our cleaning team. Late checkouts must be approved by our team prior to confirmation.



9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.



10) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.



11) Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.



12) Parking:

You will receive one parking pass. You cannot park in the parking lot at the front of the property without the parking pass. If you are not able to get a spot, then you will need to park on PCH. Note that the handicap spot is ticketed by the police - as are all handicap spots in California. So, do not park there - or anywhere - without the relevant pass(es). The police will not hesitate to charge you +$500 for parking where you shouldn’t.



13) Please do not hang clothing items or towels off the glass railings in the complex.



Cleanliness:

We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.



This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.



We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. We maintain high hospitality standards with an in-house team of designers, concierge, hosts, maintenance personnel, and stylists. We are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can be stressful, especially when you book without seeing the home beforehand. We eliminate that stress.



Lastly, by the end of your stay with us, if you feel our service provided to you has been nothing less than excellent, gratuity is always welcome. Just give it to whomever you deem fit!
