Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback with us! We're thrilled to hear that the house provided everything you needed and that you had a wonderful birthday weekend. We understand your concern regarding the representatives visit, and we apologize if it made you feel uncomfortable. Rest assured, we will take note of your feedback and strive to improve our communication practices. Regarding the additional charges, we aim to be transparent about any fees associated with our services. However, we appreciate your input on this matter, as it helps us reassess our pricing structure and find ways to enhance the overall booking experience. We value your preference for booking directly with homeowners in the future. While rental companies offer certain benefits such as professional management and support, we understand that some travelers prefer a more personal touch when dealing directly with homeowners. Once again, thank you for choosing our services and for providing valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. If there's anything else we can assist you with or if you have any further suggestions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're thrilled you and your family enjoyed the direct beach access and that the outdoor shower proved so convenient for sandy little ones. We appreciate you noting the kitchen amenities and toiletries—those details really do make a difference for families. Your suggestions about spices, pack and play, and high chair are valuable. We'll use this to better inform future guests with young children about what to bring or arrange ahead of time. We want every family to have a seamless beach getaway! We'd love to welcome you back soon. Thanks again for choosing us!
