You’ll never miss out on family time in the open-concept great room. With a comfy couch and loveseat that seats 5, plus 2 extra bean bag chairs near the fireplace, your whole crew can enjoy streaming a movie on the 55’ Smart TV after a day on the slopes or the lake. Our favorite feature? The ski lift chair.

The gourmet kitchen boasts beautiful tile work & white stone slab countertops. Two bar chairs at the kitchen island are great for visiting. When dinner is hot, the dining area is steps away and seats 6--perfect for a family dinner.

Enjoy an evening cocktail at the dry bar w/ 3 stools in the great room or step out onto the expansive deck that wraps around the entire front of the home to catch the sunset. There is a propane BBQ & outdoor seating for 8.

When it’s time to turn in for the night, the primary bedroom with a king bed will sweep you off your feet. Enjoy a late night movie on the SmartTV and wake up with the sunrise peeping through the curtains covering the sliding glass doors to the deck (or sleep in--it’s vacation!) The ensuite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower.

BD 2 & BD 3 both have two comfy queen beds (4 queen beds total). They share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The home is surrounded by trees in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance from miles of trails for hiking, biking, or snowshoeing. Skiing is 4 mi to Heavenly Resort & 12 mi to Sierra at Tahoe. Rent an SUP or Kayak at Lakeview Commons, a beautiful beach just 3 mi down the hill. As for the night life, the casinos at Stateline are all just 4 mi away. Try your luck at the game tables or catch a great musical act.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
