This beautiful upgraded townhouse has one of the best configurations in town with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms plus den, sleeping up to 10 is perfect for your family getaway. Located right on the Sierra Star Golf Course and a short walk or ride to Eagle Lodge, the convenience of the location is prime with the shuttle stop just outside the entrance of the Timbers complex. The spacious great room is complete with 60 inch TV and stereo, and the kitchen fully stocked for family dinners in the dining area. The master bedroom has a king with fireplace, TV, DVD, walk-in closet and private bath. The second master bedroom has a king with private bath. The third bedroom has a queen and the fourth bedroom is a child's paradise with 2 sets of bunk beds. There is also a den with a large comfortable sectional sofa, pull out trundle bed and 40" TV, DVD. A private laundry room with washer/dryer and tons of storage, and wireless internet throughout, even boot dryers in the entry mud room, this home offers all the amenities you could need. Enjoy a private Jacuzzi on the deck, BBQ grill on the balcony and garage parking for 2 cars (garage clearance 7' 5") with 1 additional parking space outside in the driveway. This unique 2 story floorplan offers the benefit of two master suites, in addition to several kid friendly area's, so the whole family can enjoy some quality time in the mountains. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The location was good, the house was clean, however the house didn’t have a shavel to clean the snow around the house and it snowed all 3 days, the vacuum didn’t work, the internet was extremely slow so we were not able to watch a TV, the price was too expensive for this house

Great place!

I stayed with my infant and family for a few days and it was a fabulous place to escape for a few days. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and bbq!

Couldn't quite figure out either fireplace but it wasn't too cold. Lots of rules especially concerning the artwork, decor. But it's a high value unit. Beautiful home, partially lived in by the owners, so somethings locked up.

Nice place, beware of fireplace smoke

This property was great and had everything we needed, the only thing that was a bummer was the fireplace smoke smell in the entire house. If you are sensitive to smoke this house might not be for you. The first night was really bad and we had horrible headaches, but then over the next few days the smell became bearable. Also, if you want to sled in the back of the property, it really isn’t good for that. But playing in the snow and making a snowman is great. Jacuzzi and bath tubs are really nice. Nice living room and kitchen .

Only 1 complaint.Please spend the extra, at most, $5 per guest stay on better, Trash Bags, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper.Trash Bags are so thin and cheap they tear at the just putting the bag from the trash canToilet Paper is closer to wood than something gentle on your back side.Paper Towels were very thin and constantly ripped half threw as we were pulling them off the holder.Beyond the above this is a great place, super happy with everything except these simple items which are really inexpensive.

Great location, sleeping arrangements but needs refresh

We have stayed at these townhomes before however this unit needs a complete refresh. Cutlery, plates, pans, cups, mugs, knives and pots and pans all in horrible condition. Two sets of cutlery and literally 9 forks in total. not enough drinking glasses for everyone, and there were two wine glasses. We had to make one person per meal eat (and it became the joke) with a spoon. It seems that people have brought/bought stuff so a complete potpourri of stuff, none of it great. We stay at rentals all the time, so realize it will not be the highest end stuff and things break but seriously. Separately every closet was stuffed full with junk. Left over paint, carpet pieces, stale and leftover blankets, mattresses, and generally junk. The beds were comfortable, shower and hot water great. Jacuzzi worked but could use a deep cleaning. If this property is actually individually owned, I would encourage the owner to go to the property and clear out closets except for that which people will actually use, invest in new dishes, knives, cutlery and glasses. I realize one towel per person if you want to spend your vacation doing laundry may be fine, but no one is going to steal $5 towels. We went out and purchased plastic cups and plastic utensils. Stay at these townhomes, just not this unit.

Great home for a group

We were a group of 2 families who stayed here for a long weekend. The home is set up great for multiple families and kids (we liked the bunk bed room). The home is well stocked, clean and everything was in working order. We also liked the location - easy to get to the mountain and the kids enjoyed sledding on the snow covered golf course. Our only complaint was the hot water. There was only enough for about one shower and then everyone else was stuck taking very cold showers, which is not ideal after a day in the snow)! We'd love to stay here again, but would first make sure this issue was fixed!

The kitchen had plenty of everything, the master had extra mattresses (which was great for my 3 year old to sleep on) , the spa worked great, and the beds were comfortable. The only negative is the 5pm check in time. It makes it difficult to get unpacked and cook dinner at a reasonable time. But I chalk that up to making sure the house is clean and sanitized. Excellent location too. We will definitely be back to use our 10% return guest discount!

Safe haven during craziness

We had a wonderful time in Mammoth, while staying in a beautiful, clean safe environment. During the COVID-19 period, it was nice to arrive to a spacious beautiful home. We were able to make our meals after our daily hikes. The kitchen was greatly equipped. Thank you for the great experience. We will visit again.
