The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The large dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other one with a bathtub/shower combo. The condo is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture throughout. One of the best features is the good size water front balcony with breathtaking views of the Intracoastal waterway. You will never get bored at this wonderful condo community! The large clubhouse overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, has a full size gym, a sauna, a pool and card room and a TV room. An Olympic sized pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area and 7 tennis courts round up the great amenities the St. Pete Beach Yacht and Tennis Club has to offer! Restaurants, Bars and Watersports activities all in walking distance.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village.
