Escape to this spacious 9th-floor beachfront condo at The Commodore on the highly sought-after east end of Panama City Beach, where breathtaking Gulf views and sugar-white sands are right outside your door. Comfortably sleeping eight, this beautifully appointed retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation and coastal adventure—making it an ideal choice for families, friends, or couples ready to unwind and create unforgettable beach memories.



Property Highlights & Features:

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

Chill beach vacation

The location was great! Right on the beach & the kids enjoyed the pool. The unit was very clean & had plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen, although a lot of the knives were a bit dull. Check in was super easy! Overall, great vacation! I would definitely stay here again.

Senior trip

My daughter graduated from high school. Her classmates were down the beach. Our location was great because it wasn't as crowded, family oriented. But she was close enough to her classmates to go meet them.

We love the location of the Commodore and enjoy staying in the complex. This condo was not very clean upon arrival - layers of dust, bathrooms were not cleaned, shower curtains and liners had mildew and mold. The couches and chairs were dirty. There was a strong smell of mold and mildew. The master bedroom had one missing window curtain, on the bed side. After contacting the property manager, he came out the next day to clean, replace the shower curtains, and spray the condo with essential oils to mask the smell. He also installed new blackout curtains in the bedroom.

This is not the experience we strive to provide, and we take this very seriously. We are glad our property manager was able to respond promptly — replacing the shower curtains, addressing the cleanliness concerns, and installing the new bedroom curtains. That said, we understand that having to reach out during your stay is never ideal, and these issues should have been caught before your arrival. We have addressed this directly with our cleaning team and have put additional quality control measures in place to ensure this does not happen again. Love the location near St. Andrews State Park. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We watched dophins and raysplay in the surf.The condo was clean except for the floor rugs. They turned the bottom of your feet black; they were so dirty. The sofa and chairs also need a deep cleaning.

Wonderful location and very nice condo

We accidentally made our reservations for Thunder Beach weekend, but this condo’s location was out of the mainstream, so it wasn’t as noisy. We were also close to some of the restaurants that we wanted to try. The condo was very nice and was very clean. We would stay there again. The only problem was that the master bathroom was quite small and my brother is a big guy. But overall, the place was wonderful.

Room 907

Had a great time. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo. The ceiling fans and furniture were covered with dust, which I cleaned myself, and the kitchen thrash can had not been cleaned before putting trash bag in.

Nice and Clean Condo

Thank you! We had a great week! 907 is a very well kept, clean and comfortable condo. Actually had a well stocked kitchen as well. Day bfor our departure we decided to stay longer. 907 was not available but I-trip did a GREAT job getting us into another condo. ☀️Wonderful Family Vacation Spot!!!🏖️

This is the 3rd year we have vacationed at The Commodore in Lower Grand Lagoon. We love it! It’s the 2nd time we have stayed at this exact condo. Our balcony looked out over the ocean, we had a pool and hot tub right next to the beach, and with Patches Pub and it’s wonderful food and live music within walking distance right beside the condo, there’s no better place for a family beach vacation! We have 4 boys ages 6, 8, 10, & 12 who slept in the two double beds in the guest room, and our master bedroom had glass doors that went out onto the balcony and over looked the ocean. If you’re wanting a less crowded beach and low key atmosphere for your family vacation, look no farther!

Overall, a nice stay

The pros: clear communication, easy contactless check in/out, local contact for issues, clean, comfy beds with variety of pillow types, well stocked kitchen, large balcony with beautiful views, spacious bedrooms and living areas, nice decor, beach chair/umbrella rental available, location. The cons: unstable WiFi and difficult to connect or stay connected, tiny master bath (ok for short stay), unreliable elevator service (only 1 of 2 in service over 9 days, but never the same one - didn’t inspire confidence), pool and deck on smaller side w/only 2 umbrella tables, Patches Pub next door has live music most nights and is clearly heard inside unit (they stop ~10:30/11pm).

PCB vacation 2022 was a success

We had an amazing time staying at the Commodore. This is the 2nd year we stayed there, different unit but still loved it. Condo was very clean and had most everything we needed. Maybe an update on pots and pans and I would definitely suggest adding some hooks to the walls/backs to doors to hang bags, hats or robes. The only bad thing that happened was my son (3 years old) fell and hit his head on the glass table, not the most family friendly tables. Luckily he was ok and just came home with a new scar.

Good and bad

Beautiful place, just very disappointed in how dirty the place was. Had to spend our first day there cleaning and going to Walmart for cleaning supplies. Not something I wanted to do after a 20 hour drive there. Did get free tickets for an attraction for the inconvenience. But for the price of the place, not sure if that was worth it.

Needs a little TLC

The curtains over the sliding glass doors are horrible. Doesn’t even cover the whole door and there is no light filter in the curtains. Also 2 of the chair legs were loose. One on the club chair and another one on the dining chair. Not even sure if the washing machine works properly. Loved the location . However until this one is updated I will look at other condos at their property.
