Stunning condo in downtown Asheville. Equipped with two king bedrooms; each has an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. Each balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Arboretum. Once parking space is available, but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Towns Property Management, Inc. is a local company that has staff available 24/7. We are here to answer any questions you have and take care of any concerns. You receive detailed check-in instructions upon booking and 3 days prior to your arrival, however, someone is always available for you; we want to ensure your stay is exceptional.

Condo is beautifully decorated. Location is great, you can walk to shops and restaurants. Road noise took a little getting used to but that’s expected in a busy little city. Overall, great condo!

Fantastic Location!

Came to town for a quick concert and girls weekend! Fantastic location to everything! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and cocktails and charcuterie in the afternoon. Perfect space to catch up with friends. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful Asheville

The condo and location was great. Perfect location to walk to all restaurants, bars and stores. The only down side is the noise of people leaving the bars between 12-3 in the morning. Louder then you think from the description. Some nights it sounded as if there was a party under our balcony. The condo itself was beautiful. Asheville is a magical town.

Perfect can do in perfect lication

We were lucky enough to spend New Years in Asheville NC at this great condo. First of all it is huge and absolutely spotless. It has everything u you need for a great getaway weekend. It is a short drive to the a Biltmore and a short walk to some great restaurants galleries and shopping. It was too cold to enjoy the two balconies but they provided a glorious view of the mountains and sunset. It would be my first choice if I get back to Asheville.

Enjoyed short stay in Asheville with family first time to the Biltmore. Everything was conveniently located and beautiful condo. Loved gated parking garage for security.

Best stay ever

My friend and our kids recently spent a weekend in Asheville for her birthday and stayed at this beautiful condo. The location is excellent for walking everywhere, and not noisy at all especially for how downtown it’s located. The unit is immaculate. Seriously. It’s probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed and everything is beautifully decorated and all seems brand new. The beds are super comfortable as well. Will definitely stay at this place again. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very nice, in a good location in a secure building. Unless you like scratchy low-end motel towels, bring your own. That aside, the unit was immaculate and beautiful. We'd definitely recommend it and would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect location

This was our second stay in this unit. We were celebrating two 50-something birthdays, and we all love breweries. This was the perfect location to walk to soooo many great breweries! Easy, clean, convenient. We’ll likely be back for stay #3:)

Great condo & location

We easily walked to everything downtown and found it easy to drive to the surrounding hot spots. We loved Asheville (first time visit) and when we return, we hope this unit is available.

A bit of City in the Country

Modern condo in a perfect downtown Asheville location. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops. Great layout for couples with two primary bedrooms with en suite. Garage parking is convenient and tight!!

Great condo with Great view in a great downtown location.

The 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with2 balconies was an amazing location to walk to downtown restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay there again. Easy secured garage parking.
