Escape to paradise at our stunning townhome, just steps away from beautiful Sandy Beach and some of the best surf breaks in the area. With three levels of luxurious living space, the unit boasts plenty of room for up to six guests. Each room is equipped with an air conditioner and there is WiFi throughout the unit for your convenience. You`ll find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms, along with a cozy sofa bed in the living room for a seventh guest.

Spread out and relax in over 2300 sq ft of space, complete with a private rooftop terrace for your enjoyment. Grill up a delicious meal, sip on a refreshing drink and take in the stunning views after a day of fun in the sun. The terrace also features an outdoor sitting area and a half bathroom, making it the perfect spot to unwind.

Rest easy knowing that this property is equipped with a generator to ensure your comfort in the event of a power outage. Go ahead and plan your dream vacation without worrying about unexpected interruptions.

Take a dip in the shared swimming pool or rinse off in the outdoor showers afterward. Parking space for three cars is also available for your convenience. And don`t forget, our team is just a phone call away if you need anything during your stay.

Located in the vibrant Puntas neighborhood, known for its renowned surfing and exciting nightlife, you won`t find a better place to vacation in Rincon. A rental car is highly recommended to explore all the fantastic attractions nearby.

Please remember that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel, so we ask that you treat the space with respect. We will do our best to promptly address any issues that may arise during your stay, but please keep in mind that there is no 24/7 on-site staff. Extra toiletries are not supplied, so please bring your own.

Lastly, to ensure the comfort of all our guests, please refrain from playing loud music or talking loudly outside after 10 pm. Let`s all enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay together in paradise.

Perfect location and so much space in the house ! We loved we could walk to the beach or drive , close to downtown area of Rincon too by car .Few spots in walking distance just down the street to eat too , Jack Taco shack is great !!! The balcony on the top floor was so nice at night !! We will be back !!!

Great Stay

Definetly will recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax and have family time. We celebrated our daughter and my mother in laws birthdays. Hung out at the beach and just had an amazing time in a beautiful location.

Quaint Beach Town getaway

The property fit our needs perfectly. The overall accommodations were great. Area beach is walking distance from the property but a rental car is recommended to venture further out from the immediate neighborhood.

Relaxing Stay

My family loved everything about staying here! The house was clean and comfortable. The third floor outdoor space was great for grilling and relaxing all together. We also loved how easy it was to access the beach. There are a couple of restaurants and bars nearby that were easy to walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

So close to the beach!

Four of us stayed for almost a week and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The top patio is an excellent place to grill and hangout. The beach is just a short walk away. We’d go back!

Spacious!

We enjoyed our stay in this 3-story home. The bedrooms were close to one another on the bottom floor. The second floor is extremely spacious, and every night we played games on the rooftop patio while listening to all the lively sounds of nature. We had trouble with the internet and the owner responded swiftly to tell us it was out on the island. It was back-up in less than 30 minutes. It's easy to walk to the beach, but we found visiting other beaches were better for swimming as the rocks are a little tricky to navigate to get into the water. That said, it's a beautiful beach to hang out on. One day we walked an hour along the beach. We ate at Casa Islena Hotel & Restaurant. It was outstanding! The best meal of the trip and steps from our residence.

A wonderful place for a family stay

Our stay at the Landing View was great. More than enough space for our family of four. Each of our boys got their own room. The common spaces in the apartment were great (especially the rooftop deck) and we had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. There are 2 markets less than 15 minutes away. You'll want to hit those first to get everything you need for your stay.The beach is a short 5 minute walk, but it's not really great for swimming... a little bit too rocky. However, you can walk down about 1/2 mile to the west where the beaches are much more sandy, and rent a surf or body board. Watch out for the rip tides (read all the signage for advice!)We were only 15 minutes from the center of Rincon, where there are lots of restaurants and cute shops.This is a must place to go. Also only a few minutes from the apartment are Steps Beach (hard to park) and Black Eagle Beach (very easy to park and good restaurants there too).Get our of San Juan and explore more of the island!

Great place to stay

We had an overall great experience. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit creaky, but otherwise we loved the space and it was perfect for our trip. Loved that it was a 3-minute walk from the beach and about a 5-minute walk to Sandy Beach East.

Pleasant stay.

Very nice place. I was giving the wrong number code to enter the parking area and for the key lockbox. Had to call management . Other then that confusion, the stay was very pleasant.
