The place had everything needed and some extras. The waterpark was perfect addition to be included. The place a clean. The voew off the balcony was awesome every morning. The only problem was parking on the weekend as the garage filled and it was a long walk. I was able to park at a neghboring resort.

glad you enjoyed the stay! so sorry for any confusion regarding the parking situation, but we do have in the checkin instructions that if the parking garage is full, the overflow lot is the waterpark parking lot. there is always a spot for our guests to park at close-by. take care!

Unit could have been cleaned better as floors were dirty. Sheets and Pillows were poor quality. Cable issues with reception were daily. One remote needed batteries.

sorry you didn't seem to enjoy your stay or have anything good to say! we gladly would have come assess any cable issue for you and would have quickly brought you new batteries had you mentioned any of that to us. we do not use cheap bedding, sorry you didn't like it. bedding is 100% personal preference as far as the pillows go. good luck with your future rentals!

We had a great stay. The Condo was more than efficient for the 4 of us and we loved the area and local restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Mini vacation with the Grands!

We enjoyed our stay so much. This was our second trip to Harbourside at Marker 33/ Splash Harbour and we will definitely be back again. Our room was everything expected.

Peaceful and Perfect

The condo was clean and location was great. The resort is busy, however the location of the condo on the bay was relaxing, quiet, and peaceful!

We enjoyed our stay

Communication with property manager was excellent. The kids really enjoyed the water park and I enjoyed the sunset at the beach that is a walking distance from the property. Property was super clean.

Great location, awesome views

Kids love the water park! Great location away from the crazy of Clearwater. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Will be back for sure.

Great vacation spot for families!

This location is wonderful for a family vacation. The water park is great, and the location is walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back! Our only complaint is that one of the rooms was very musty, but I've let the management company know, and they are looking into it.

Indian Ricks Beach. Harborside

Easy acess to Beach. Right in the middle of town so we were walking distance of restaurants and the beach. Private water park for kids. Beautifully decorated.

We love this area. Excellent restaurants, close to beach, and very clean.The condo had what we needed. Good space but several annoying things need to be addressed. No knobs on dresser drawers. Door to washer and dryer did not close, refrigerator handle loose. I am sure these small things will be taken care of as I talked to property manager. They were very quick and happy to get these taken care of.Will return next year but not to this condo!

Glad you enjoyed your stay, however, you actually stayed in unit 6615! We did address the fridge handle as it just needed to be tightened and the washer/dryer door as it just needed some adjusting. We did not install knobs on the dresser drawers as that is not something the owner wants to do at this time. Thank you for being great guests to host and hope you visit again.

Very nice getaway

Place was awesome. Everything was as promised. The elevator broke and had to take the stairs for a day but was up in running the next day.

Great Time

My wife and 3 kids had an absolute great time. The beach is within walking distance of just about 5 minutes. Great water park that the kids loved. We have 2 10 year olds and a 2 year old. A wide variety of restaurants. Highly recommend this property
