Thoughtfully reimagined from top to bottom, this bright and airy retreat showcases brand-new flooring, stylish furnishings, and fully updated bathrooms and kitchen. Beach-inspired décor, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops create a fresh, welcoming atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a relaxing island escape.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, the villa features a serene primary bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom, along with a second bedroom offering a Queen bed and easy access to a full hallway bathroom. The open living space is ideal for unwinding after a day outdoors, complete with new flat-screen televisions in both bedrooms and the living room. Just steps from the unit, a dedicated beach path provides direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, making beach days simple and stress-free.

First time in Hilton Head

The condo was a great location to take the bikes to the beach. One of the (included) bikes had a wagon and we could carry all our beach items in it. That was as the selling point for me. The condo was updated and decorated nicely. Had comfortable beds. The complex itself was dated but it was quiet. The one thing I was not pleased with was the musty smell in the condo. It is a very tropical climate and I think some dehumidifiers would help with the smell. Overall we had a great time.

Perfect Stay, Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, making the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely consider staying again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation Rental

This was a very nice place—well maintained, recently remodeled with comfortable beds. The location was also excellent—close to all the places we wanted to go. There are two flights of stairs to get to the front door, so if mobility is an issue that could be a problem, but it didn’t cause us problems at all, and we are in our 70s.A new washer and dryer worked great, and they provided plenty of paper products and things like dish soap and dishwasher detergent. They even provided detergent for one load of laundry. I do wish they’d add a toaster, as the toaster oven doesn’t do as good a job, but that’s a small problem! The coffee maker has a carafe and Keurig. I definitely recommend!

Good but not great

Our stay was good. Best part about the place was its location. About a 10-15 walk to the beach or 3-4 minute drive and close to surrounding restaurants, etc. Kitchen was clean and is stocked ok. The sofa was really run down and quite dirty when we arrived. Bedrooms/bathrooms were ok. Would recommend you bring your own pillows and shampoo/soap. Pillows were super flat and not supportive. We did not use the free bikes as they didn't look like they were in great shape or that they had even been used in months. Same with the beach chairs.The condos where this place is at is quite run down in general. Check-in was nice and never really had to reach out to PM for any issues or help but was just a text away.Was a good option for the price we paid but not sure I would choose to stay here again.

Our fun week get-away!

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was just outside our unit. Free bicycles was a plus. We rode every day! One bicycle had a small wagon. We used it to go to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Loved having bikes and chairs for the beach which they came in handy. The condo was in great shape next to the pool with only a 5-10 bike ride to the beach. We would recommend this condo had everything you need except a toaster. No big deal though. Loved bikes and amenities

Nice place with just what we needed and it was in great location. I wouldn’t say it met the “Luxurious” description as it smelled musty, handles fell off of dresser drawers, couch had odd furniture cover, sliding glass door was virtually impossible to open,and area rug was dirty. We booked with the assumption of pool use but it needed repairs. No alternative provided or credit offered when we inquired. The bikes and beach chairs were very much appreciated.

Great stay!

This property had everything we needed, was super clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer available. We appreciated the little touches like the soaps and lotions and cute little bags. Having bikes and beach chairs available for our use was a big savings. When I called for a minor maintenance issue, it was resolved the same day while we were out.
