Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, 44 Forest Gardens is a beautifully renovated villa that blends modern coastal design with effortless comfort. Thoughtfully reimagined from top to bottom, this bright and airy retreat showcases brand-new flooring, stylish furnishings, and fully updated bathrooms and kitchen. Beach-inspired décor, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops create a fresh, welcoming atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a relaxing island escape.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, the villa features a serene primary bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom, along with a second bedroom offering a Queen bed and easy access to a full hallway bathroom. The open living space is ideal for unwinding after a day outdoors, complete with new flat-screen televisions in both bedrooms and the living room. Just steps from the unit, a dedicated beach path provides direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, making beach days simple and stress-free.

Location is truly a standout feature of 44 Forest Gardens. Nestled in the heart of Hilton Head Island, this villa is within easy walking distance of Celebration Park and the vibrant Coligny Plaza, home to more than 100 shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The property is in a great location walkable to restaurants and shops in Coligney Plaza. It presented just as the photos indicated. The included beach bikes were a great bonus! Property Management communicated clearly and was very responsive. Long term rentals like me would benefit from additional kitchen towels & dish rags, updated deck furniture and plastic cocktail glasses (we purchased some and left for other guests). All in all loved our stay and plan a return.

Perfect Stay, Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, making the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely consider staying again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

This property had everything we needed, was super clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer available. We appreciated the little touches like the soaps and lotions and cute little bags. Having bikes and beach chairs available for our use was a big savings. When I called for a minor maintenance issue, it was resolved the same day while we were out.

Inside was nice. Outside not so nice. Convenient location. Well equipped.I left a pair of shoes behind which manager could not locate. Did cleaning service find them?

First time in Hilton Head

The condo was a great location to take the bikes to the beach. One of the (included) bikes had a wagon and we could carry all our beach items in it. That was as the selling point for me. The condo was updated and decorated nicely. Had comfortable beds. The complex itself was dated but it was quiet. The one thing I was not pleased with was the musty smell in the condo. It is a very tropical climate and I think some dehumidifiers would help with the smell. Overall we had a great time.

Our fun week get-away!

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was just outside our unit. Free bicycles was a plus. We rode every day! One bicycle had a small wagon. We used it to go to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Loved having bikes and chairs for the beach which they came in handy. The condo was in great shape next to the pool with only a 5-10 bike ride to the beach. We would recommend this condo had everything you need except a toaster. No big deal though.
