Ideal location for exploring the length and breadth of the Outer Banks. Located to the South of Nags Head offering peace and quiet and only a 2 minute walk to the beach.Guests need to be aware to take their own toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap and other cleaning supplies as none were provided.Overall the property was clean, and very adequate for the two of us, the hot tub was a great asset, however the property is overdue some TLC, although this didn't spoil our week's vacation.

Like many rentals, the place could use a “glow up,” with some cosmetic refreshes. The living room couches are not super comfortable. But overall it was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can’t hear any road noise. Walking our dogs we saw deer almost nightly. The walk to the beach is a very quick 7 minutes. And the beach is very quiet too since it’s only locals, with no public parking. We rented a cart and that is a game changer! The views from the decks are lovely. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking (though no supplies so BYO salt pepper oils etc). We’re always grateful for nice places that allow our dogs. Stan White Realty was very helpful and quick to help with the keyless entry glitch on arrival and communication throughout. We would absolutely stay here again.

The worst stay and communication. Broken decks so the dogs got out, hoses torn, broken furniture and black mold that takes your breath away. I reported it with pictures right as we were checking in and no one sent anyone. Have been trying to escalate and get help since July

Great house, gorgeous location

Fabulous rental home with great location and access to the beach approx less than 2 min easy walk beautiful partial ocean view out the front decks plus amazing sunset to the Bayside on the back decks. Be prepared for stairs my knees were not lol Hot tub was clean and well appreciate it at the end of the days. No real complaints whatsoever our family, including our fur- child, had an amazing time. I hope to book this property for an even longer stay next year! Our key code did not work upon check-in. I was able to reach someone immediately to solve the problem! Pro tip put in your code, hit the checkmark wait for the sound of gears turning and a little song it plays.

The house was nothing fancy but it was in my opinion a nice place to stay.

The key pickup and drop off was what I really liked. It eas quick and easy.

Nice location in serious need of TLC

We loved the location of this property but it is in serious need of TLC! Also the whole place needed serious cleaning! I expect some wear and tear but this place needs serious maintenance. I know we left it far cleaner than it was when we arrived.
