We completely understand how disappointing it was after hauling your boat and planning repairs specifically for that feature. Safety and transparency are always our priority, and we wish we had known sooner so we could have addressed it or offered guidance on alternative arrangements. We did reach out to the HOA immediately upon learning about this. Regarding check-in and the unit itself, our policy is check-in begins at 4 p.m., but it's not guaranteed for 4 p.m. We did see your check in instructions were sent at 4:05 p.m. Thank you for letting us know about the flooring and indoor smell affected your comfort. We take these concerns seriously and have shared your feedback with the team to help improve the experience for future guests. We wish we had the chance to assist while you were there to make your stay more enjoyable and stress-free.
