Affordable accommodation for 6! Property features 2 pools, 1 indoor heated pool and 1 outdoor pool, a fitness center, BBQ Grills and FREE WiFi. Beautifully decorated with a Sleeper Sofa and recliner in the living room, plus additional seating at the breakfast bar along with ample seating at the dining room table. Seacrest is located on Okaloosa Island on the south side of Santa Rosa Blvd tucked away from the busy attractions yet close enough to enjoy them. Come enjoy the sugar-white sands, dazzling emerald waters and the marvelous sunsets.
Seacrest is a 7-story building with 90 individually decorated units and plenty of amenities for guest to enjoy.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - full bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was descent, but older and outdated. Rental company I don’t recommend, they didn’t help me with my situation. A family crisis I had led us to have to leave our trip our first night there, and they did nothing to help get any amount of money back. It was very unfortunate and I will not be booking with them in the future.

Did not hear any noise from neighbors. It was family friendly, with easy access to the beach. Having beach service included was a nice amenity! Bait and Switch??

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented a condo, ocean view, but a month before our visit I was informed that the owners had decided to sell the condo and it wasn’t available anymore. They said there was another condo available but no ocean view. A week before we were to leave I received another call saying they had to move me again because there was construction being done. I really gad no choice but to take it as I would not have been able to find something else. We were suppose to get into the condo at 4:00 pm, which I already thought was rather late but they were behind in cleaning the condo so we didn’t get in till almost 5:00 pm. So instead of a 2 bedroom with one bedroom with twin beds for our 2 grandchildren condo on the 2nd floor with an ocean view we ended up ended up on the 7th floor, no ocean view, my grandchildren had to share a full size bed. The entire building was under construction, one of the elevators was torn apart and we were never offered a discount or at the least an early check in or check out for our inconvenience. Very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.

Quiet perfect location

Perfect spot, close enough to Destin to be a short drive, but far enough to be a quiet place to relax at the end of the day. Beautiful place, loved watching the sunsets from the patio. Clean throughout, though had to either wear shoes inside or wash our feet before bed as walking around barefoot got our feet pretty dirty.
