Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the condo was clean upon arrival, as described, and that you enjoyed the convenient location and direct beach access. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the pool gate being locked in the morning. We understand how frustrating that can be when you’re hoping to enjoy an early morning walk on the beach. Since the gate and pool access are managed by the property, we’ll be sure to share your concerns with the appropriate parties. We also apologize for the disruption caused by the noise from neighboring guests. Unfortunately, noise from other units can be outside of our direct control, but we understand how it can impact your comfort and enjoyment.
