Come relax in this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Marco Island waterfront home.
This bright, spacious and open home features a fully equipped kitchen, a family room that has been recently painted and floor tiled, and a private master suite opening onto the picturesque lanai. Home includes 4 flatscreen TVs as well as wireless internet. Enjoy the southern exposure in the morning while having a cup of coffee on the lanai and continue to enjoy it throughout the day ending with a glass of wine.

We are only 2.5 miles from Tigertail Beach to the north and South Beach to the south a must see for beach lovers. Grill dinner on the lanai or dine out at Marco Islands' many fabulous restaurants. Walk to the nearby YMCA for a workout. Enjoy unique shopping. Play golf at one of the many world class Naples area Golf courses.

Overall it was a wonderful stay! We did have an issue with the listing stating that there was a pullout bed which we were counting on for our son. Unfortunately the listing wasn’t updated when the owners purchased new furniture. Contacted the property management company and the issue was fixed. Great location, close to everything. This home is on a main road so you have to be careful pulling out of the driveway. Other than that we had a lovely time in Marco Island.

Decent House for the money in Marco Island

It is our understanding that the house is getting some upgrades that should fix some of the issues that were encountered involving broken and missing items. In addition, we had to wash all of the dishes that we used as we found some dishes that were put away that were not washed (or cleaned completely). The rental company is addressing that and the kitchen floor having to be swept and mopped again upon our arrival. The location is great, because you can get anywhere fast. But you can only walk to the Y and park in a reasonable amount of time. It is also close to the fire station which meant hearing sirens at night on occasion. There were no blinds in the main family room. It was great to allow the sun to shine in. But the air conditioning could not keep up on hot sunny days during the day and there was no way to limit the sunshine. The kitchen was well appointed! It had everything that we needed, including all sizes of pots, pans and cookware, some plastic storage containers and pitchers for a family who cooks. Even though there were several beach towels, they were small, thin and a couple had several holes in them. There were no items for the beach, although they had a large cooler necessary for bottled and can drinks. The house has good bones and a great pool area with lounge chairs and a table and chairs. There were also chairs for the dock on the channel. We could not fish as the fishing poles were not usable. Even with the issues, we would rent this home again!

Home away from home

Great location. The pool overlooking the canal was beautiful. Beautiful sunsets. Close to thebeach and I even donated an umbrella that I bought at Walgreens because I didn’t realize there was beach equipment to use in the garage. The Walgreens being so close came in handy when I needed to have a prescription filled for my daughter. Claussen properties was very responsive with all inquiries I had during my stay. Lots of places to eat within 5 min drive in any direction. Myself and my kids had a great time and would love to go back!

Awesome, home away from home!

Property company doesn’t do this place justice. Super location and tons of extras: beach chairs, fishing equipment, pool toys etc. We will do everything we can to stay here again when we return to Marco.
