Guests have access to rooftop deck with multiple gas BBQs, seating and lounge chairs. There is a communal pool and hot tub located next door that can be accessed by the key fob.

Customer service is a high priority to us. We like to make sure you have what you need before you arrive and get settled into our home. We are available whenever you need us, 7 days a week and after hours!

Pacific Beach

• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.
• Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season.
Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum, no arrivals on July 4th (Independence Day)
Holidays: 5-night minimum. A single reservation cannot span both Christmas and New Year's unless it is 14+ nights. No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Climate Control: The condo does not have central A/C. It is equipped with electric wall heaters for cooler evenings and enjoys a wonderful ocean breeze. Portable a/c units are available to rent at an additional cost. Please contact us to reserve.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry machines are conveniently located right outside this unit on the 1st floor.
• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards!
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent at an additional cost for your convenience. Please inquire for details.

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away.

Nice updated place with an amazing view and beautiful sunsets. Right next to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed and kitchen and living area were quite spacious. Laundry is conveniently right across the hall. So nice to have parking and just walk out the building to the beach. Lots of walkable restaurants and shopping too. Host was easy to communicate with. Would totally stay there again.

This is a great location. The unit was clean and we had no issues. The kitchen was stocked with the essential utensils and tools. Great ocean view! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our eight-night stay at this property. The location couldn’t be better. It’s right next to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. The unit is beautifully updated and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a our vacation, from beach gear to cooking utensils. I especially appreciated the reserved parking space. The building is secure and felt very safe. Highly recommend!

View of a lifetime

Place was better than described - stocked with toiletries and dish soaps made for extra easy stay. Beautiful view and quiet location - was truly a relaxing retreat for a few days. Ate a JRDN all 3 nights - was perfect location for walking the boardwalk and driving up to La Jolla. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space.

Clean with great views!

The condo had great finishes, all the necessities, and the view was spectacular. It was very comfortable and in a great location to the beach and shops. The building itself is old and the elevator was slow, sometimes not working, but there was another on the other side of the building. It was under repair so hopefully all the issues are being address.

Nice view

Place was fine. Outdated, but stuff like that doesn't bother me. Place was clean. Bed was not the best but not the worst I've slept on. We were able to cook and relax with a great view. Place has everything we needed and would stay there again. The sunsets are amazing!

Great location, needs a bit of care to make it shine

With the exception of the kitchen and bath cupboards, the property was very pleasant. The cupboards detract from the rest of the property which was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The balcony door is in need of care as opening/closing it requires quite a bit of grunting. It was lovely to be right on the beach.

Outstanding Ocean View

The location and the ocean view were excellent--the best we have ever had! The bed and the other furniture were comfortable and appropriate. The kitchen and supplies were useful and appreciated. We enjoyed breakfast with a lovely ocean view every day. We had one repair request that was successfully completed in a timely and pleasant manner. Thank you! The lighting from the lamps in the living room was not adequate for reading in the evening. Taller lamps would be a possible improvement.

Incredible location, Some unfortunate events

We arrived Saturday night to no food whatsoever in the apartment (description led us to believe there would be at least some small breakfast stapes), no internet, no cable & the carpets were dirty. One the management company got ahold of us they worked on remedying the problems. Laura was incredibly helpful! Everything was fixed on day 3 of our vacation. Otherwise, this property was great for its location, ease to get to the beach & nice pool & hot tub.

Gross bathroom

The bathroom needs to be completely redone. Mildew and mold were present. The rest of the condo was sort of ok, but needs to be refreshed. The kitchen is dated, the carpets are old, etc. The tub was so bad, we knew we couldnt stay there. We requested a change in location from the rental agency. They were wonderful and moved us to a great place not far away. The owners of this dump should be ashamed for even listing this place and need to seriously consider doing a complete refresh of the entire place if they expect further rentals.

Great view, average condo

I have stayed at several units at the Capri, I always look to stay here when I visit. The 1 bdrm units at the Capri are million dollar condos. This unit had a weird, owner added wall in the bedroom that created a space for the bunkbeds but it blocked access to the window. Whoever added the wall did so with the blinds still on! it's just funny to be that a place with such value has unprofessional "upgrades. the light in the bedroom is a flood light. the lighting in the bedroom is so poor, my wife had to do her make up in the living room. There's a dirty, old massage chair in the living room that looks like it should be dumped. The location is great.

Very Poor Experience

No body met us on arrival or had checked that everything working, had to fend for our self, with security guard help to access the unit. No phone, no wi fi, no television, the furniture, couches need cleaning. friends in another unit was renovated and clean. Have pictures if required. The unit book has two phone numbers - left messages Sat, Sunday and Monday am, no body got back to me, agent claimed she was not able to get hold off me, but my cell phone was working. When got back Monday after supper, 9.30 ish the TV was on and working. We checked out at 10am on Tuesday. After many successes, this was our first VRBO disappointment, and would not have booked this unit knowing wifi and tv not working, nevermind the state of the upholstery. I would certainly not give a recommendation. We stayed at Capri before and had a great experience.
