Welcome to My Happy Place
My Happy Place - the perfect place to relax & unwind in the beautiful Florida sunshine!
This coastal paradise has been freshly painted, tastefully furnished and features a large outdoor
living area providing diversity for the entire family. It has ample room for entertaining - complete with an outdoor tv, fridge & BBQ. Imagine splashing around with friends & family in the inviting southern exposure heated pool, relaxing on the lounge chairs or just taking it all in from one of the other three outdoor sitting areas – allowing for either sun or shade enjoyment. It has everything to make this the ideal spot for an early morning coffee or a late night beverage, while watching the sun set over the glistening canal.
Prepare to be impressed as you enter this waterfront villa, introducing a beautiful open concept design highlighted with high multi-height ceilings and a magnificent view of the desirable outdoor space through the retractable door. This home offers a spacious living area, a fully-furnished kitchen and a multi purpose den with both a desk and a queen pullout sofa. The floor plan of this home allows for easy central entertaining and a split bedroom design. You will find a private master bedroom with a king size bed, En-Suite & walk in closet on one end of the house with access to the screened in lanai and pool area. On the opposing side of the house, you will find a queen guest suite that also has access to the screened lanai and pool area.
