We also hope that you are able to visit us again when vacation time permits. The area internet is adequate and stable the majority of the time. Normally, when the supplier is upgrading equipment we do notice a bit of a slow down. We are sorry that you had to work during your vacation. We are happy to learn that the maintenance issue was addressed immediately. We will speak to management about providing an additional set of keys upon arrival. Many people who visit the Akumal area elect to arrive by private transporter due to the convenience of renting golf carts or bikes. Carts are simply an easy way to navigate our little beach community of Akumal. We will also speak to management to determine a better plan for golf cart parking. Thank you again for staying with us.
