Après Alpine : 2-bedroom condo with hot tub and mountain views

Unwind in this cozy, mountainside two bedroom private vacation rental. Windfall Lodge is a second level condo in the Aspens subdivision at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.

The main area is open concept through the kitchen, dining and living space featuring an electric fireplace. The large outdoor deck offers a private hot tub, propane barbecue and endless mountain views. One room in this condo has a queen bed, and the other has the option of a king bed or two XL twin beds. Underground heated garage for one vehicle with storage locker.

The Aspens subdivision is located at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Its prime location makes trails at the resort easily accessible, whether biking in the summer or skiing in the winter. It is 15 minutes away from the town of Golden, British Columbia and 20 minutes to the Golden Sky Bridge Adventure Park. If you’re looking to explore, we are surrounded by six National parks; Banff, Yoho, Kootenay, Glacier, Revelstoke and Jasper.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo. Self check-in with keypad access.

20% discount for 7+ night stay, inquire within.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $45+tax, per animal. Guests must advise they are bringing pets. Fee will be added to reservation upon booking and is refundable upon cancellation.

Since 2003, LUSH Mountain Accommodations has provided clean, comfortable, and private vacation rentals at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Golden, British Columbia. Hot tubs are always included.

Amazing stay

Absolutely perfect location, loved being in the Kicking Horse village. So close to lifts. spa on deck amazing after long days skiing. Everything clean and just perfect. Will be back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lovely Thanksgiving holiday

The condo was well equipped and comfortable. We stayed in the shoulder season but missed some of the options because the resort was closed. The weather was fantastic and Golden was a great jumping off point for sightseeing and hiking. The town is very cute downtown and the river walking paths are amazing. Pullout couch is very tired but the beds were fine.

The views were stunning. The gondola ride in parricular was breathtaking!. The picturesque panoramic views at the top of the gondola ride will stay with me. The manager and staff at the restaurant at the top of the mountain were extremely helpfull and accommodating! I did feel that the grounds around the plaza should be kept in better condition, considering the price of the rooms food and beverages. Otherwise it was a very pleasent stay!

Beautiful location, well equipped accommodation

We stayed here at the start of August. Beautiful location, a great base if you are happy driving around the Golden area. The deck was a great place to sit and have dinner, though some of the outdoor furniture could use some small repairs. Be aware in the summer that there aren't many food options available, the bar is closed a couple of weeknights, and only open til 8 the others. 10pm on Friday/Saturday though. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen though, so easy to prepare your own food if you don't want to drive the 15km into Golden. Bring all your own condiments, they only provide the absolute basics. We really enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfortable and the location is excellent. LUSH had left good instructions in the apartment, so I didn't need to contact them for anything. The only complaint of any merit is that there is no air conditioning. We were there when it was 30+ and as a top floor apartment it did get quite hot. They do provide a good amount of fans though, so it was manageable. Would definitely stay here again if in the Golden area.

Gold at Golden

Right from the initial booking, the property owners communicated very well and were helpful when extra information and problem solving was needed. The suite was clean and the kitchen very well stocked with many useful cooking tools. Having many fans throughout the condo was thoughtful, but replacing some of the broken window cranks would be a nice improvement. A newer and slightly larger barbecue would be a bonus too. We recommend this property and thank the owners for their hospitality.

Great stay on the Mountain

Stayed in this lovely condo for four days while we were in Golden to attend the wedding of a family friend. The location was perfect in relationship to the village, just a short walk to the lifts etc. The condo is just how it is pictured, clean and well equipped. Lots of towels and super comfy beds. The deck is huge and gets so much sun! The hot tub was excellent and we took several soaks. Overall a nice stay and would totally stay here again

Great location. Patio is too good to be true

Pretty much as advertised. Unit was clean, patio was amazing and the location can't be beat. Enjoyed the views of the valley and it was nice being on the top floor of the building. Only quibble was that it was a little difficult to access the storage locker for bikes. All-in-all, our family loved it!

We often rent in the Aspens and this is by far one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in. Beds are comfy, everything is clean and well maintained. A very well managed property.

Stress Reliever Weekend

This was a last minute weekend getaway for us. We needed a bit of peace in our lives and this fit the bill perfectly. When we got there it started snowing and it was so beautiful. The scenery was right outside of our window. We went into to town for just a bit but spent most of the time at the property.

Great place!

We go to a to Golden nearly every summer and stayed in alot of these suites. This one was our first time bringing our small dog. Place is clean and organized. I'd definitely stay in this suite again!
