Bay Watch is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome located in the gated beachfront community, Barrier Dunes. The 3-story home was recently remodeled and features brand new furnishings, an oversized deck with views of St. Joseph Bay, and everything you need for the beach, including bikes and a Tesla electric vehicle charger. Bay Watch has a great private location backing up to the State Park and is just steps away from the playground and a couple minute walk to the pools, tennis courts, and beach.

The Bed Set up:
Bedroom 1: Second level, bunk room (twin over double)
Bedroom 2: Third level, Master Suite w/ Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Third level, Master Suite w/ King Bed

Layout: 1st level- carport for 2 vehicles and entryway. 2nd level-open floor plan with brand new living room furniture, large smart tv, dining table for 6, fully stocked kitchen and high top seating for 2, oversized deck with grill and seating for 6, full bathroom, and double/twin bunk room. 3rd level-double master suite with private baths and balconies, one king and one queen, laundry room.

Also, if you need some additional space but may want it to be a bit separate, consider renting the unit next door, Barrier Dunes 164 - 144 Bay Breeze.

Area Attractions:
Cape San Blas is a 19-mile long peninsula tucked between the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph Bay. The Cape is anchored by the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, a wonder of nature. Many visitors choose to vacation in Gulf County because of the abundance of outdoor activities at the State Park, right next to this community.

Beautiful rental

Very clean property with a beautiful view of the sunrise. Beds are wonderful and the furniture is very comfortable.

Beautiful home

We have stayed in barrier dunes many times and this was one of our favorite places! Great location, beautiful views, comfortable beds, all the kitchen amenities we needed, beach toys and gear, and the screened back porch with the fan was a huge plus. It was perfect for us and our three young kids. Pristine properties was very easy to work with. Would definitely rent again.

Loved this place!

Our family absolutely loved this place! It was so clean and everything felt new. It had everything we needed and the amenities at the place were great. We swam in both pools and played pickleball on the courts. The 3 separate boardwalks made beach access super easy. The house is well organized with everything clearly marked, so it made it easy to find (and return to its proper place) all items. Would 100% stay here again.

Great but wish it was closer to the beach

Great value for the location. The upstairs master patio overlooking the bay was not ready for use - furniture was unusable and screen was laying on the ground. Dryer vents into the home so it gets really hot when drying clothes. Grill is in pretty rough shape but worked. Screened in porch was great!

Nice getaway

Overall, the rental was very clean, good location in the community, etc. You're better off booking thru pristine properties directly. Didn't realize this when we booked and would have saved a few hundred bucks if we booked direct. Also, don't get their beach equipment rental...place was well equipped already with chairs, wagon, toys, etc...but listing did not mention this. Again, would have saved money had I known. Great price and plenty of room though overall to fit my family of five.

Great condo

We have stayed at this property 3 times. We love the screen porch that they have added. The beds are very comfortable and the area is very quiet. Note- the bikes do not work and should be thrown away. Also more coffee mugs are needed and there are no hair dryers in the unit. We definitely will continue to come back to this property—-

Short stay

The unit that we stayed in was not the best one for us. The bunk beds were not a good fit. Also, many things needed fixing or sprucing up. The front door to the unit is in need of painting very badly. It gives an awful first impression. Three stairs going up to the top floor need to be looked at for safety. The place could have been cleaner, The handle on one of the showers looks like it's about to fall off. But... We did enjoy the property with the pools, playground, and beach access!!
