Adorable, newly renovated unit in the Historic Treme neighborhood. 1 block to Historic Esplanade Ave. 1 block to rent Blue Bikes. Bike down Esplanade to the French Quarter, City Park, & the Fairgrounds (Jazz Fest). washer/dryer; mini refrigerator/freezer, mini 4-burner range/oven, and quartz counters in the kitchen; Queen bed; smart tv w/ app access; walk-in shower; guest controlled a/c; tankless water heater, table settings, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, coffee; towels, toiletries; etc

Other Things to Note:
This home does contain a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.

Interaction with Guests:
Kickback Properties values our guests’ space and gives you privacy to enjoy your stay. We are available via messaging for questions or issues - messaging us through your booking app is the best way to reach us.

We love our city and enjoy giving recommendations on restaurants, bars, events, music, transportation, sightseeing, tours, and all things New Orleans!

Beautiful place !

Absolutely beautiful place! Quiet and very clean! In a nice area with a good walking area to places to eat! Highly recommend staying here !

Perfect getaway

This is a wonderful property in a lovely, quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of two excellent coffee shops. With a comfortable bed, complete kitchenette, and even a washer/dryer you are all set for any length stay. Highly recommend.

Almost Perfect

May not be”5 Star” for everyone, but for us it was almost perfect : location, cleanliness, helpfulness of property management- all excellent. For some it might be a bit small, but that should be expected for such a reasonable cost.

This place was awesome for my small family (husband and dogs). It was away from the hustle bustle, so allowed my dogs to sleep in peace but still close enough you weren't stuck in traffic. The block is safe and nice, we walked around it several times with our dogs at all hours of the day/night.

Nice

When checking in the process was easy. The issue we had was the hot water got cold pretty quick so we had to shower in less than 10 minutes. Also, it stated it was pet friendly and I was, but our dog barked while we were gone and we got a message stating it needed to be attended to soon. It was ok though. Other than that we really enjoyed staying there. It was 12 minutes to the French Quarter and most other attractions. We would stay here again, but probably not with our pet.

Smartly layed out, Central Location, Quiet Neighborhood

Has all the amenities needed. Host was lightning fast with communication. A/C was nice and cold (it did make a odd humming noise when cooling, so I found I needed to put in my earplugs, which in NOla I always have due to the street noises, which this apartment did not have). Furnishings were all good quality. Internet is Cox Cable (which is notorious for internet going out. As this was a busy weekend, that tended to happen quite a bit. So if you plan on remote working, be sure you have your own hot spot.) Also, I was a female who travels alone. I would really like to have had a locking deadbolt from the inside. That stated I did feel safe in the neighborhood. Also, the immediate neighbors on your side of the street at extremely territorial and prickly, however, I always found parking close by, at the cross street directly parralle to the door (and could still se my car, PLUS It was always in the shade, which is very nice in NOla summers). I would rent from this host again and can definitely recommend. Thank you.
