The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, a custom walk-in closet, and its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both rooms open directly to the Florida Room, giving you easy access to a quiet, enclosed space overlooking the golf course.

Florida Room
Enclosed and filled with natural daylight, this space is designed for lingering. Read, rest, or simply watch the landscape shift throughout the day with uninterrupted golf views that set a serene backdrop.

Outdoor living and amenities
You will have use of a patio or balcony area, along with access to a community pool. The private entrance and two parking spaces make arrival and departure simple. A washer and dryer provide convenience for longer stays, and the condo is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi, along with a dedicated workspace if you're balancing work and relaxation.

Kitchen and essentials
A full kitchen is available for preparing your own meals, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Bathroom and bedroom essentials are provided, along with an iron and hangers to make settling in easier.
