Please note: From July 2025 to December 31st 2025, the building will be undergoing a significant renovation project. Be advised that during this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building, including balcony work, which will result in balcony closure during that time. The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there will be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities. We have applied a discount to this unit during the construction time due to the inconvenience this will cause.

Welcome to Walking on Sunshine (#309). It's time to feel good! Enjoy both Sunrise & Sunset from this updated oversized 1 bedroom Gulf Front condo! Spend the days relaxing by the swimming pool or grab a beach chair and head to the beach! This end unit offers the best of both worlds! Relax on the east side balcony and enjoy early morning sunrise with your coffee or an early evening glass of wine while the sun sets on the Gulf Front terrace. This condo has been updated with newer furnishings, smart tv's and brand new towels and bedding! The unit is also equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience! If you don't feel like going to the beach you can lounge poolside before enjoying a game of putt putt across the street. There are several great restaurants with in a short distance. The property will include beach towels and beach chairs for your convenience. King sized bed in the bedroom and a brand new queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Comes with one assigned covered parking space.

This property offers initial supplies for a 3 day stay. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.

Perfect Getaway

This is our second year coming to this condo. It fits everything our family is looking for in a perfect beach getaway. It sits on the ocean so you don’t even have to go down to the beach to enjoy the amazing views. Plenty of space for my family three. Full kitchen, washer, dryer,. The location is very relaxed, which is great for plenty of space on the beach in the day and the pool is never crowded.

We LOVE Indian Shores and go every year with our adult kids and their significant others. This trip was just for us and couldn’t have been more perfect! It was a bit hard to find a one bedroom condo right on the beach but this was more than we could’ve asked for. Condo was clean, well stocked and the view was breathtaking. We knew the elevator situation ahead of time since the host clearly noted it, with multiple updates, on the information page. We just figured we would work off all the good food we ate! Already making plans to return next year and would stay here again. Only minor complaint is that bathroom needs more lighting but that was a minor issue FAR outweighed by the perfection of everything else!!

Perfect beachfront location

We loved our stay here. You couldn’t ask for a better location with gorgeous views. The condo was well equipped with everything from kitchen equipment to beach equipment. Highly recommend renting chairs from Beach Service West if you don’t feel like carrying down chairs and umbrellas (although the condo does have those for you).

Great Location and Amazing View

My wife and I stayed here for a concert in Tampa. It was a great choice very clean had everything you need to cook if you wanted. The view was amazing and end unit was a nice touch. Covered parking is a plus for especially keeping your car out of the sun. Direct access to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Just bring you suit case and your ready to relax. The only issue is elevator was still not working. No big deal good for getting your steps on. A great restaurant close by and bakery. Mini Golf is right across the street with lives gators to feed. Definitely will be back to stay again.

Anniversary Getaway

My only complaint was regarding the broken elevator. I looked back at the listing which shows an elevator in its pictures of the unit which I focused on as a bonus for us since my husband has a bad knee. I looked for the info regarding a non operating elevator and it was located below after pictures of similar properties available to rent. The condo was lovely and well appointed just as the pictures showed. I will be more aware to look further down the screen for the part “about this property” for my next rentals. We use Vrbo all the time. I know the area took a major hit with the hurricanes as I saw the destruction and rebuilding going on everywhere. We want to support these communities and plan on many more wknd trips to the different surrounding areas in the future.

Coastal Paradise

This was a well decorated condo on the 3rd floor, a corner room with lots of natural light. The quality high top furniture on the balcony was perfect for enjoying the view. Sunsets were amazing. Uncrowded beaches with lots of bird species to enjoy. The location was perfect for shopping and dining. All of our needs were met!

Wonderful stay!

The first thing to know is that the patio with view of the beach is amazing. We spent a lot of time gazing at the ocean and the waves. The condo is extremely clean, very nice for a couple or maybe 3 people. Everything was as advertised. Communication was perfect and timely. The location is great, walkable to a coffee and pastry shop in the AM. Very nice dinner choices close too. We didn’t use the pool but it appeared nice. Already thinking of coming back here next year!

Great Getaway

Enjoyed our stay at the property. 1 fair warning- the Elevator was still out when we stayed during the end of August. We were on the 3rd floor so it was manageable but wish we would have known before arriving. The unit is FANTASTIC! Clean, roomy, very convenient. Beach access is second to NONE just a few steps from the property. some Restaurants are walkable others are a very short drive and worth it for ones we tried. Right between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete so cool to do some exploring but not necessary. Would highly recommend for sure!

Beach vacation

Checked in the day before tropical storm Debby. We rode the storm out in the condo which was very clean and comfortable. The unit has everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The only negative was the front door needs sealed better towards the bottom as there was a whistling noise that wasn't there once we placed a towel in front of the gap at the bottom. A very minor issue though. We would definitely stay in this unit again. We had a very relaxing stay.

Summer at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rentals from Seaside Property Shoppe are always a win. Their rentals are consistently equipped and well maintained. This property was no exception. The building elevator was out (apparently had been since March) so we had a 3 story walk up. But this was no fault of Seaside or the owner and we knew going in there was that possibility. Location was good and no excessive noise. This unit had recently been equipped with a stackable washer/dryer in the walk-in closet in the master. We view that as a great convenience, however it didn't seem the dryer was adequately vented and created a lot of heat and moisture when in use. Maybe this is something that could be addressed.

Summer Stay at Chateau

Excellent location. Updated condo that was well equipped for anything we needed. Plenty of room. Great gulf views from inside condo and on balcony. Loved the high chairs. Communication was great and easy check in and out. Only issue really was the elevator was not operable.

We stayed in a different unit last time that had a different management company. This particular condo was very clean and well kept. The elevator was broken at this condo location and the management company gave us some trouble but the manager was professional. They knocked down the price and we even filled out all the paper work again for our refund which we never got. We thought it would take a little to process but it’s been about 3 weeks and nothing.

Perfect for a couple and well supplied

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was a great condo for just the two of us. Beautiful view of the beach, just a few steps away! Kitchen was well enough equipped for what we needed and the washer and dryer came in handy. The complex has a grill, pool, and easy parking. While the elevator is out, note that this unit is actually more of a 4th floor than the 3rd because the 1st floor unit numbers start on what Americans call the “2nd” floor. (This essentially bumps all floors up one.) We’re relatively active and in our 30s so it was fine, but I’d be concerned if someone were older or had mobility issues. I think the elevator should be fixed soon though! The only drawback for this location is limited dining options nearby that aren’t total tourist traps. We drove a bit to find some better food options. That said, if you just want a beer and some shrimp nearby - you’ll have plenty of options! Overall very happy with this condo and would stay again!

Paradise found

What a wonderful place! Staying in such an open, clean and beautifully decorated space made it easy to relax and unwind. Having two balconies, we were able to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from our room in addition to the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The pool was very nice and well maintained, had plenty of chairs and had a small, covered spot for some shade when you needed it. The kitchen and the washer and dryer in the unit made it feel like home, and the Winn Dixie and Publix were about a 5 minute drive away. The location is great, plenty of little restaurants and shops you can walk to weather you choose the street or beach. Communicating with the staff of Seaside was easy and pleasant, I'm looking forward to coming back to this little slice of paradise. Thank you so much, this vacation was exactly what we needed!

The beachfront view and sunsets were spectacular. The pool was well maintained and heated. It was walkable to a few attractions and restuarants. The only negative was that the elevator was out of service while we were there and we were only informed a few days before we arrived. The property management co did give us a % refund to compensate but since we were on the 3rd floor it did negatively impact our vacation . i would definitely come back to this condo but would make sure the elevator is working !! To note , Taylor, whom we dealt with at Seaside Property management was wonderful . he communicated our concerns about the elevator and even came to help carry our belongings up the stairs when we arrived . thank you , Taylor.
