- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the garage, facing outward toward the driveway. Camera 2 faces the pool pump and heater. Camera 3 is a doorbell camera at the front door. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. All cameras actively record video and sound

Great little house near Disney

This is a perfect property for any family visiting Disney World on a budget. Lots of amenities including a lot of towels, which was great as our kids LOVED the pool!!

Good spot close to Disney

Located near Disney parks and quick drive to Universal. Property is a little dated and the available cable channels are limited, but it is great for the value and location. Pool is nice to have and the kitchen is well equipped.

Very relaxing stay at this house. The pool was a big hit with my 13 year old (and me). House is very roomy and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. It's located well, doesn't take long to get anywhere you need to go. Quiet neighborhood. We would book here again.

The area looked a little sketchy, and we was expecting a smaller home. We were pleasantly surprised. The house was huge inside and we loved the high ceilings. We loved the huge 3 windows looking out into the pool area. The pool was very nice and smelled of chlorine The house was very clean as well. I was happy the pool had floats as I didn’t bring one. We really enjoyed the house.

Relaxing home for after the parks!

We loved coming back to this house after long days at the parks. It was larger than we thought it would be and the pool was lots of fun for everyone (especially our kids). The basketball and ping pong in the garage were lots of added fun! Thank you so much for a great home away from home!

Relaxing home for after the parks

We loved this home for a great place to relax and unwind after the long days at the parks. The pool was a lot of fun for our kids and us! We did add the heat so we could enjoy it! The home was larger than we thought and the basketball and ping pong in the garage was extra fun! Thank you for a nice home away from home!

So close to all disney!!

Quiet neighborhood. Lots of room. Close to everything. We had one or two issues and the owner was super responsive and took care of it immediately. I was impressed at the great communication between us.

Exactly what we wanted

Very nice and clean house, loved the completely private pool, something that is hard to find, the house was very clean and well furnished (decor isn't so modern but well kept) we didn't use the kitchen much but looked well stocked, the garage has a pool table and table basketball game, overall very good experience and would definitely recommend and go back

A few improvements

The location was quite. However, the tub in the master bedroom continuously drips water. The property grass was not cut when we got there. The ceiling fan was dusty in the master bedroom. The house was nice overall

Family getaway

This was a great spot me and our family enjoyed our recent stay here!!! We weren’t disappointed with anything!! The house was beautiful and in clean condition. It was roomy and enough space for me and my family. Somethings that some people may complain about just because was not a problem at all and doesn’t affect your stay!! My kids loved the pool the most!! Only one suggestion curtains are most definitely needed in the living room how you enter into the pool at night I didn’t like how I couldn’t cover it up to ensure someone isn’t looking in.

Very nice & clean. Lots of room to move around. The pool was nice, just wish it was heated warmer. Washer & dryer were great. The handles on the pots & pans were very loose, be careful. Bring you own tin foil, wraps, baggies, napkins, paper plates, tp etc. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. We had a great time. Overall great. We hope to come back. Thank you

Wonderful!

We had a great time. The house was very clean. Lots of room. The pool could have been warmer. Quiet area. We could hear the fireworks at night from Disney. The pots & pans handles are very loose. Be careful. Bring your own tin foil, baggies, tp, ect. Overall GREAT! Thank you.

Good Value with Enough Amenities

Pros:- Good size, lots of space- Pool was great- Kitchen was good, appliances worked great, kitchenware was good- It's an older house that's had cosmetics updated. Its ok though.- Beds/bedding were clean.- The door to pool alarms were a nice feature with the toddler (for safety).- Good security features (alarms, cameras, lights)Cons:- No locks on bathroom doors- Washer didn't seem to work great- BBQ was a mess. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.- May be goose feather pillows or there had been pets (cats/dogs) couple of us had allergies all week.Overall good value for the money.

The property is nice , the pool is great . The cleaning crew need to do better job , the house was dusty , bathrooms dirty and floor and doors sticky . Webs all over the lighting and dirt all over the blinds and vents . Looks like they charge people for cleaning and not doing their job.

The overall stay was fine, but could have room for improvement. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue getting into the house. The house, however, was pretty dirty. Lots of dust built up by all of the vents in the house, which was causing my allergies to act up a bit. The dishes in the kitchen were almost all dirty as well. Every dish we got out of drawer and cabinets required at least a rinse-down, most times a full wash. Besides that, everything was fine!

I had to wash both bathroom shower curtains the first night due to the nasty dirt/mold. Both shower tiles were filled with dirt/mold… the shower/tubs haven’t been cleaned/bleached/scrubbed in a while. The pool was not heated. Requested it heated, it wasn’t!!! Even the chat convo’s and email convo’s ensured me it would be… it wasn’t/want to know why?! The temps were in the 30/40’ in the AM and there wasn’t any fog…and in the afternoon the pool wants even remotely warm….even though we were assured it was heated and at no extra charge. Ugh!

Starting with the positives, the property managers were very responsive and quick to help which always earns points. The house itself was clean upon arrival. The neighborhood gives felt very safe and we quickly realized there is little to no HOA energy here. The private pool was nicely fenced in for privacy. The mattress and linens were very comfortable, which made sleeping easy once the temperature cooperated. We also appreciated having basic cleaning supplies for the dishwasher and laundry. The house has a few normal wear and tear marks, but nothing that impacted our stay or the overall look.Cons. Our first night was cold cold. The house dropped to 63 degrees and the thermostat was locked, which made for a less than cozy night. It was unlocked the next morning, but that first night was rough. The internet also seemed to take a daily lunch break around noon for an hour or two. The heated pool needed a couple days to warm up, so we only got to use it on our last day.Checkout was the biggest letdown. We were fully packed and finishing up cleaning at about 10:15 AM when a housekeeper approached us pretty aggressively about the 10 AM checkout. We totally respect the rule, but the delivery could have used a little less spice. In fairness, they do have it listed in several different places that 10 AM check out is strict. All in all, would’ve been 4 stars without the checkout experience. a comfortable stay with good management and some easy fixes to make it even better.
