Overlooking the gentle waters of Lake Magellan, Newly Renovated - 58 Ramsay Crescent is the perfect Golden Beach holiday location for families and friends

Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the waterfront but still only a few minutes to everything Golden Beach has to offer.

Enter the front door into the large open plan living space with air-conditioning. The dining and kitchen are adjacent and open via sliding doors to the undercover patio where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Magellan.

Featuring three generous bedrooms with ceiling fans and built in robes.

The bathroom is wonderfully spacious with a separate toilet and a large laundry.

The property is securely fenced for the kids and pets.

With the calm beaches of Pumicestone Passage, the many boat ramps, picnic and barbeque spots and the many playgrounds that line the foreshore you will understand why more and more families are making Golden Beach their dream holiday destination.

All amenities are close by including a choice of shopping centres and cafes. The popular Pelican Waters Town Centre, Powerboat Club and marina are all only a short bike ride or drive away.

Pet Welcome: Conditions Apply. Please advise us at least 1 month prior to arrival of the breed and size of the dog. If we are unaware of a dog staying your bond will be withheld by the owner (see clause regarding pets in Terms and Conditions)

Relaxing stay

This house is spacious and well set up. The renovations were well considered and really add to the property! It's lovely to have a water view from the outdoor area and have swans visit when you venture down the steps to the lake. This was our 2nd stay and we are booked in the middle of the year again.

Awesome house with a beautiful view

This is my third stay at this property. The house is fantastic for a family and elderley people (& dogs) as it has only one step out to the back patio and is otherwise on one level. Very well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook. Sunsets are spectacular from the back patio as it the view of the Lake. Swans and ducks s we im over to greet you when you go outside!

Tranquility on the lake, yet so close to lots of choices for outings.

Very well presented house suitable for 6 people and day visitors as well. The fully functional kitchen makes home cooking easy and is supported by the BBQ on the deck. If that’s too much for you, the choices of restaurants close by gives lots of options. Our whippet companion also felt very comfortable in the house and yard. A great option for a family holiday.

Peaceful setting

Nice and peaceful setting on the lake, fishing a kayaking on the back yard. Good spacious house all on one level, nice furniture and display, the king bed was very comfortable, very well fitted out with kitchen utensils.

Quiet house with a peaceful backyard lake!!

This house had plenty of room and contained almost everything you would need for a holiday. It was great for our two elderly dogs who loved pottering around the yard. We would love to stay again.
