Great location opposite Little Cove beach & quiet.

Very clean and well maintained property. Apartment 3 is behind apartment 2, so very quiet, no road noise. No view but I believe can go upstairs to balcony without disturbing apartment 4 above, only 4 apartments. Driveway is quite steep.

Amenities were as described but for 1 week away the lack of a clothes dryer was a definite issue, especially as only 1 bathroom towel per person was provided. No beach towels provided either. Sofa was comfortable for 3 people but would have been impossible if we’d had 4 adults. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Our apartment did not have the view in the picture but it was generally the same aspect. Some windows did not have locks which was concerning.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to find, spacious, ideal if you enjoy walking in the national park, quick stroll to the restaurants of Hastings St, slightly odd shower and you’ll want to bring your own hairdryer but otherwise everything you need for a getaway with friends.

Little Cove - Cost Del Sol unit 3. Disappointing and dirty.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointing. The Location of the unit is excellent, but unfortunately, the unit was in very bad condition. There was a lot of mould in the unit - the bathroom walls, door, blinds. The laundry was rusty and the furniture was very dusty. I have several photos of this. Thankfully Noosa Holidays rentals arranged a cleaner to do a thorough clean after we reported this. We also got locked on the communal roof at night due to a faulty lock on the door (we had our unit keys with us but it locked from the outside) with our two small children. Luckily my husband had his phone and the after hours serviceCame to our rescue, which we did appreciate. Finally, we had initially booked this unit in peak season in 2020 but this was cancelled due to Covid. When We rebooked in 2021, it was in low season but we were still charged peak season prices. I would not normally write reviews but we were very disappointed in this unit, particularly that our children both have very bad asthma and the amount of mould in the unit was worrying.
