SixtySix at Cape View is located in the Cape View Resort Busselton and is the perfect couples or family holiday accommodation. .

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story holiday house is located within the Cape View Resort complex and is just a short walk to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay and a 10 minute drive to the Busselton Jetty and City Shopping and Food Precinct. .
Self contained accommodation including kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living and 2 upstairs bedrooms, modern kitchen, large closets to all bedrooms, bathroom to main bathroom is ensuite, family bathroom has a extra large shower 2 separate toilets, patio area with outdoor setting and path with direct access to the pool area.
Master bedroom with king bed downstairs with ensuite, with a queen bed and 2 singles upstairs with seconb bathroom.

The unit is fully self contained with all linen and towels provided along with tea and coffee facilities including a Nespresso coffee machine, full kitchen with full kitchen utensils, and laundry facility with washer and dryer. There is WiFi available.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.

Geographe Holiday Homes is an independent, locally family owned and managed business within the Geographe Bay area, supporting the local community.

Outside pools and facilities are available for guests.

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
- There’s some construction happening nearby as part of the new Cape View Resort extension. Work is carried out during the day, and construction noise may be noticeable at times.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
